I was delighted with my purchase. It was beautifully made to a high quality and came very well wrapped to protect it from being broken. The personalisation is really lovely and made it very special. I will buy from this company again.

I availed the services of PGS for the first time in March 2026.
i was really impressed with the UX/ UI on their website.
super easy to use and search for products. I was looking for wedding gifts and they offer a large selection of ideas. The proposition extends beyond wedding gifts
Good arrived on time and in tact. super impressed with the wooden bottle box and the quality of the engraving
There was an issue with one of three orders i placed - the damaged item was replaced with zero hassle and super customer service

Ordered on the Thursday and it had arrived by the Friday with express delivery. So impressed by this company, great prices for customisation, super fast service and I love that it’s family-run too. Replacement vase sorted quickly
I received 3 Mother’s Day parcels and one of the pictures was blurry. I contacted customer service and they replied quickly and sent out a replacement straight away and this arrived within a couple of days! Great communication and lovely products!

Beautiful personalised gifts at affordable prices & great customer service.
I was looking for a personalised Mother’s Day vase and came across Personalised Gift Shop, a lovely family-run business. I actually ended up ordering two vases and a personalised glass for an upcoming 50th birthday.
The prices were fantastic and they had so many options ,exactly what we were looking for. Everything was truly personalised and easy to order.
We placed the order on Saturday, it was engraved and dispatched on Monday, and arrived on Tuesday as expected with next-day delivery. Absolutely fantastic service.
We’re delighted with everything and can’t wait to give the vases with their bouquets on Mother’s Day, we know the mums will love them! I know there are some negative reviews but couriers often cause the issues and the retailers get the brunt of it, so maybe take the negative ones as bad luck and see the good ones shine through.
I will be using these again later in the year for gifts. 100% recommended by us.

Absolute rubbish product
The personalised jigsaw heart was a waste of money. The photo did not fit the shape. It was so thin that it's bent out of shape. A total rip off. They replied quickly to say there's nothing they can fo about it. I want to return it but they won't accept that ☹️

Order has not been delivered
Order has not been delivered! Evri confirmed a week ago that my parcel has been lost. Contacted the company and they have said I had to wait 10 days! I’ve now waited 10 days and contacted them. They want me to fill a form out! When evri have confirmed to them they have not got the parcel! Then once I fill this form out they want to replace the goods. It’s laughable. So 2 weeks later than planned and they think I still want the goods! How hard is it to get a refund. I will be taking legal action if this refund isn’t provided.

Brilliant customer service
The photo frame I ordered came damaged (probably due to courier), I emailed and had a quick response and a replacement sent straight away. The frame is perfect and customer service was brilliant too.

Unfortunately it was damaged during transit, I messaged customer service and they were amazing & offered me a replacement straight away and reassured me they would look into what caused this issue & would make sure it doesn’t happen again. Sadly I didn’t have time to wait for another jar so was offered a full refund straight away. Great customer service! Thank you.
