Highly recommend i can honestly say this company put customers first i had a problem with a purchase and straight away got back to me with a replacement, so helpfull and understanding witch it is very rare when buying online Always there to help with queries too delivery is really good too ive ordered several different times and no problem always packaged very well too As you can see im a massive happy customer ☆☆☆☆☆

I ordered a money box Thursday and paid for next day delivery which should have been Friday as needed it for a Christening on the Saturday morning it never arrived till Saturday after I had already left for the christening when I complained and asked for a refund was told I would only be refunded the difference as asked for a full return as a gesture of goodwill as they had not fulfilled their side of the contract again was told would only be the difference standard delivery was £3.99 and next day delivery which I paid was £7.99 so I was expecting £3.99 but have only been refunded £3 they said as it was delivered on the Saturday this falls in to express delivery I would never had ordered it if I know it would not arrive on the day I paid for! Shocking customer service will never order from this company again

The team are great at providing wonderful high quality products for you to attach your personality on to and make someone smile. However, when you have a problem they are great at sorting it out right there and then. Ive been impressed by the personal care received for personalising my aprons. Superb all round! Placed an initial order that the courier said had been delivered but I didn’t receive it. Contacted Charlotte who went above and beyond to get it resolved and sent a replacement out almost straight away. Wasn’t disappointed when my purchase did arrive, absolutely stunning and exactly what I was hoping it would be. Would recommend 100% and sure I’ll be purchasing again!!

I firstly, ordered something from this company and they used Evir to deliver it and it did not get delivered to my address they kindly sent me a replacement wish was nice of them but I told them please dont use Evir again or I will have a refund wish they said no to.the next delivery went to wrong address not even the same road or number very stress full experience .

Absolute Scam

I’m very disappointed with the personalised candles I ordered.
I ordered 7 Vanilla Cupcake personalised candles.

They have arrived today and are nothing like the image on their advertisement.

They are in fact Prices glass candles still in the ‘Prices’ card wrapper with the gold ‘Prices’ labeling. The card wraps look ‘old’ with marks on.

One has an off centre wick.
The wax is pitted and uneven within the glass (air bubbles and uneven colouring evident) and white marks/bubbles on the surface- an obvious manufacturing fault and their cheap home printed labels are not even placed on straight!

An absolute scam! I had bought these as gifts because the advert makes them appear ‘classy’ but they look like a child has stuck stickers on seconds, job lot candles.

I ordered a personalised glass and a few birthday cards from this site.
My purchase arrived within 48hrs.
I am very pleased with the glass and sure my friend will be too.
The cards are simple but it is nice to be able to get something personalised and delivered so quickly from the comfort of your home.
I would definitely order from PGS again!

The service was great: prompt replies to emails, proofing of the product and our order was delivered in 3 days. The winners were very impressed with their prize too!

I ordered two products from this shop, a protein shaker and a passport holder.

First of all the passport holder is a terrible quality, the personalised initials on the front are not even centre so it looks odd. It feels flimsy and very cheap. Their website claims it is made from Premium PU Leather, I am shocked at what I recieved.

The protein shaker was supposed to be navy however I have received a shaker that resembles more of a charcoal grey than navy. I even put a picture of it into chat gpt and asked what the colour was and it came back with grey. The engraved initials on the shaker are also really dull, the whole thing is just one big grey mess.

I emailed the customer service team to express my dissatisfaction with the products but they said that personalised products cannot be returned. Now if it was a case I just didn't want them anymore I can completely appreciate that however I have listed several faults with both products but they are not really bothered.

I have been offered a refund of 50% on this occasion but I do not want the products. If I was to give them as a gift it would be quite embarrassing as they are not good quality.

Unfortunately I do not think they care about what the customers think of the products as this is a very simple case of me returning the products and getting a refund. At no point have I said I want to keep them and get my money back.

Amazing, amazing customer service!
Had an issue where I thought my parcel had been stolen during delivery. Contacted personalised gift shop and received a reply almost instantly saying they would send a replacement straightaway! Long story short my neighbour had taken in the parcel for me then gone on holiday but personalised gift shop were very understanding of the situation and confusion and were more than happy to help!
Once I received my item, it is of a very high quality and made extremely well. It’s exactly what I ordered and will make a perfect engagement gift for my friend!
Could not recommend them enough, thank you so so much! Will definitely be ordering from yourselfs again.

An ad popped up on social media and I purchased an item advertised as a product for "collectors of unique memorabilia" it said this figurine is a "must-have piece" "a unique gift"
What I ordered, and what arrived are in no way comparable to. The advertised product was a cute, well made figurine of Rocky from Hail Mary, what arrived looked like a plastic MacDonalds toy! Awful. Silly me, I should have checked Trust Pilot first.
It arrived relatively quickly, but wasn't worth 1/4 of what I paid for it. It was meant to be a gift, but it's so rubbish, it'd be way too embarrassing to give this piece of tat to anyone.
I've requested a return and full refund so will see if they respond. If not, I'll do a charge back on my bank. Do not buy from here, absolute scam.

I put a negative review on with two stars . Personalised Gifts replied stating how sorry they were and would I send the order number . This obviously looked to the world that they actually cared .
I sent these details through, but they have never come back to

I have been a customer of PGS for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Their range of products is amazing with many different variables for the same item so birthdays, weddings, retirement etc etc are all catered for. I have always recommended PGS to family members and friends and they have always been as delighted as me with their purchases. Prices are amazing and the turnaround from placing an order to actually receiving the item(s) is extremely quick. Their customer service is magnificent too. Thank you PGS once again for your incredible service.
