From the minute I ordered, to receiving my personalised frame, the experience was amazing. So easy to order, upload photo. Received within a few days, and the quality of the photo is fantastic, even better than if I had done it myself. The frame is of beautiful quality and personalised message is also perfect. Would highly recommend and definitely would use again.

Bookmarks were so cute! Perfect little gifts for teachers. I’d paid for next day delivery but my items didn’t arrive in time (couriers fault) but Charlotte from customer services went above and beyond in assisting me and helping with getting my order to me. Amazing customer service, very accessible so if you have any issues you can easily contact someone (unlike a lot of large business where they have bots replying with automated messages). One of my parcels was damaged on transit. I contacted the seller and they were able to remake a send my personalised item out for next day delivery. Very happy with quality of items received and excellent customer service provided. Very professional. Gift was given to school teachers and they loved it! Defo recommend.

I’ve ordered a few times with this company and would reccomend them.
Especially when I emailed them to say my mug I ordered was blank…. Didn’t have the photo on It I ordered.
Charlotte got back to me within a few minutes, and explained I had ordered a magic mug, I had to put hot water in it, how stupid did I feel, 🤦🏼‍♀️ I didn’t know I’d ordered a magic mug, I did apologise, as felt so thick!! 😂

I have used Personalised Gifts Shop for many years, the service you receive from ordering to receiving the items is second to none. You are made to feel important, the quality of the products is high and the speed of delivery is exceptional.
On the rare occasions that there is an issue just an email to customer services gets a quick response and a quick resolution. I cannot praise this company enough, and would recommend them for quality, speed, efficiency and care. Small businesses provide a much more personal service.

I had an excellent experience with Personalised Gifts Shop and would highly recommend them.

I accidentally selected the wrong delivery option and was worried my personalised order wouldn’t arrive in time. I contacted their customer service, and they kindly upgraded my delivery to Next Day free of charge. They were friendly, understanding, and incredibly helpful throughout.

My order arrived on time, and the personalised gift was exactly as expected. The quality was fantastic, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations.

ordered customise chocolate gift for someones graduation which was on 15 july placed orderd on 9 july was due to recieve parcel on 13 july but didnt recieved even till 15 still didnt recieved, there is no use of that gift now .they charge for delivery and yet they choose pathetic delivery services and spoils someones gift. what would have left in that chocolate after 5 days in this weather.

I ordered a personalised water bottle as a teacher’s gift from Personalised Gifts Shop yesterday morning 14/07/26. It was last minute and selected a 1-2 days delivery. I emailed customer service if possible to change the delivery to next day and pay for it. Very quick response by Charlotte and they are very kind to upgrade my delivery to next day for free and received the well engraved water bottle the next morning 15/07/26. I am very pleased how quick they responded to emails and helped me knowing I’m bit anxious it won’t turn up on time. I have ordered from them before and it’s always well made. Perfect for presents and for personal use. Highly recommended.

Do not trust their delivery time. They do not fulfill their next day delivery if you placed your order by 8pm. Especially for personalised item. I placed mine on a Monday to give to my child's teachers on a Friday.
It still says in production as of
Wednesday and there is telephone number to contact. I emailed them but the response did not address my query, very indifferent. These are personalised items and if they are not get delivered on time I don't know what to do with them as school closes for Summer this Friday.
Very disappointed.

After this review, Charlotte reached out to me and offered me the opportunity to pay for next day delivery so hopefully I should get my order on time. Fingers crossed 🤞
