This company is outstanding
This company is outstanding, I am not sure how I would have made this move without them. Moving to Dubai from Scotland with a family and pets isn't easy.
The attention to detail and care they provide is unmatched. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for the next trip

Excellent company, friendly, caring, well organised and personal
I was recommended Pets on the Move via a friend whose brother had used them a number of times, and I am so grateful for the recommendation. Very experienced staff, always felt personal and friendly and very clear and honest with their advice and approach. It was clear that they really cared about our dog and that her welfare was their priority. All paperwork and instructions were clear and well managed and the whole process went very well. We were travelling from Scotland and so would always have a connection, making the trip more complicated , and again they advised on the best routes and helped make this stress free. We had unfortunately travelled on the day of the big IT problem that disrupted all flights and meant that our pet had a few extra days in Schipol. The team at Pets on the Move communicated this very well and made sure we had regular updates on how she was doing.
