My twin sister passed away in May suddenly. A family friend said that we should get her fingerprints so that we could have something made with her fingerprints.Because that's what she did with her son. I'm glad she was suggested that. I ordered the knives for my brother and dad for Christmas. It was early june when I put the order in. And I made the mistake of putting the wrong date.June 24th instead of may 24th which I discovered the next day in my email. So I sent them an email, asking them to change the date, which they said they would. However, i'm just a little disappointed that when I receive the knives. One side has her birthday and June 24th. And the other side has her day of death May 24th. I realized that was my fault. And the knives are beautiful.

I have not gotten my order yet but I pray it is better than the reviews are stating , so Until than I will rate the process a 3 it was fairly easy but the hidden fee for engraving needs to be up front not after you engrave than find out that is additional

why do you think they have a 2.6 rating. stuff is total junk and whats worse is they wont accept returns. They send typical copy/paste responses. its 2026 hold these trash bag companies accountable and make them accept returns for this junk. if you love junk please buy buy buy from them

I've ordered several times for myself and family members. The work is always well done.
I've tried other companies but this one is far superior to those.

I have ordered twice from Pictures on Gold. Both times I got exactly what I wanted exactly what was ordered. They were both lockets and they were gorgeous. Both items were delivered in a timely fashion as well.

I’d give ZERO if I could as I am extremely disappointed with the company and the craftsmanship of jewelry! I have bought multiple items and they break rather quickly, one of which was a custom charm. The charm detached from the bell which slides onto the chain. Clearly poor craftsmanship and therefore the charm got lost. I reached out to the company and they refused any assistance even though I showed them multiple photos that the bell was defective causing the charm to fall off and get lost. The bell is still on my son’s necklace weeks later yet they won’t take accountability for the poor craftsmanship and replace the charm. They lost a customer who has made many purchases and sucked up defects on multiple items til now! Buyer BEWARE!

I have always found exactly what I was looking for each time I needed or wanted a key chain or necklace. The items are of very good quality and if you time it right, you can save a little money by ordering during one of their many sales. I have always received fast service and my orders have always been spot on. I couldn't be happier ordering from Pictures On Gold.

Product/Order was received quickly. However, I was a little disappointed in the appearance of the picture, it was darker. I ordered a charm using the same picture from a different company (cheaper, not 14K) and the picture was lighter, perfect.

I ordered a custom police officer star badge necklace, and it looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. The star wasn’t even symmetrical, the lettering was crooked and misaligned, it arrived scratched, and the bottom of the pendant started turning black almost immediately.
I returned the pendant and requested a refund, but the company refused because it was a custom order. They know exactly what they’re doing by having a no-refund policy on custom items. The quality is terrible, and the product is nothing like what’s shown on their website.
Don’t buy from this company. You’ll be stuck with a cheap, poorly made product and no refund.

This company does amazing work. The pictures & jewelry are beautiful works of art.
My granddaughter is going to love it.

I originally left a review because the piece received, i feel wasnt as bright and colorful as shown on the website. I assumed maybe they hadnt selected color engraving or something. They reached out, and wanted to assure i was satisfied with my order. They sent me a replacement and it is PERFECT!

I placed an order online on a Sunday morning. Realized I did not make it clear about a special instruction, so I called the phone number thinking I would leave a voicemail. A nice lady named Rose answered my call and was very happy to make sure that my special instruction was received. I also thought it shipped very quickly even with engraving.

I ordered the stainless steel photo bracelet with a picture of my dog who passed. I received it in two days. I think it came out as expected. I have no complaints.

I have been looking at the St Rita bracelet for while. It was shipped and received quickly. It is beautiful. It sits flat at the top of the bracelet which I wasn't expecting but that's ok. I'm going to get it in stain steel as well.

The jewelry is nice, but when they repaired my chain, they sent back a chain that was 3 inches longer than the original. I sent it back to be corrected, they kept it for over almost 2 months, and then sent back the same 3-inch-longer chain.. I’m waiting to hear back from them now, will update based on resolution.

Update: The customer service team has been very helpful, and I will continue to update my review based on the outcome/when I get the correct length chain back.
