I dropped my laptop off with Noah at 9:10, he called me at 10:30 to say they had sorted the issue and wanted to keep it for a little while longer to run further tests.
Noah called again at 12 to say my laptop could be collected and I received an email the following day with a detailed explanation of what caused the outage.
Great customer service and communication!

Noah was very helpful and, most importantly, extremely patient, as I am not the world's most technologically capable person!

Recently upgraded our phone system which I expected to be a complete pain in the A but was pleasantly surprised with how straightforward the whole process was. Marina at Pink Connect made sure everything ran smoothly, answered any questions I had, and helped to smooth out any kinks in the transition. The whole process took about 30 minutes and I was able to get on with my working day. When I realised I had a few questions I phoned Pink Connect back, they answered the phone straight away and were able to help me right away. Only leaving 5 stars because I can't leave 6!

Pink Connect provide ongoing IT support for both work tablets and phones. Noah is extremely helpful and always follows up with technical issues to ensure they are resolved satisfactorily.

I am very grateful for the patience, kindness and efficiency of Omar Chaudry who came to site and quickly identified the computer problem I was experiencing, he swiftly put it right and as always in a courteous and efficient manner.

The response to my out of hours incident, where contractors had severed all Tele-comms into one of our sites was outstanding. Replying to emails throughout Saturday and Sunday, resulting in an engineer being on site before 9am on Monday morning.
