After trying another switching sight which only stressed me and frustrated me Simply Switch made the switching process a walk in the park.

Thanks to you, I found a better deal than all the other energy comparators showed.

Very easy to make the switch.
Just clicked a few boxes then entered usage for the quote. All that was needed along with usage figures was my bank details.

Easy Switch Service from Current Energy Provider to the New Company.

Didn't explain things properly and no help at all with finding what you want

Very friendly, well informed call handler took great care to full explain terms and conditions along with data protection policy and where I could find these on line. A very helpful service which provided me with accurate information about changing me electricity supplier .

Used this company for many years. I trust their advice and guidance and have always saved on my fuel bill. Saves a lot of searching on the internet yourself.

Just very easy and found a good deal for my gas and electric 🙂

Edited: Since the original review the company made an approach to offer a goodwill gesture in compensation. I am satisfied that the company did make an effort to fulfil the original agreement, and I feel that their customer service has dealt with the matter in an acceptable manner. I have amended the rating to reflect that.

They take your bank details but don't arrange a switch!

In the middle of June I tried to get my energy supplier changed using Simply Switch through Money Expert. I got the details for the switch through by email - but the switch didn't happen.

I phoned again on the 12th of July and was given an apology, and the rep arranged an even better deal for me.

I didn't even get an email that time. My supplier is still not changed, on July 24th. So, I have handed over my bank details to arrange a direct debit that has never been set up, for an energy supplier change that has never been arranged.

Tried emailing both money expert and simply switch, got no reply other than an automated email receipt.

Seems quite suspicious. Wouldn't recommend at all, just a waste of time with no actual customer service.

Don't. Use this company give you any old banter just to get you on board then leaving you to really sort out the headache I was told sign with British gas half price weekends no such thing doesn't exist phoned up to talk to manager ring me back 72 hours it's been 4 weeks nothing go with u switch or anyone except these guys probably all on commission I gave them one star because I couldn't go lower

Would not recommend this company to anyone. The sales person I spoke with refused to listen. I politely told the representative I would call back if wanting to proceed. Next day I receive another call putting me under pressure. This company presents itself as a leading comparison website and only offers contracts with British Gas.

It's not possible to rate 0/5. I tried to call their Guilford office and it disconnect twice then I called customer service who said they couldn't connect my call due to COVID.
