I have been wanting to switch for a while as my current provider boost is changing the way there app works and moneyexpert have switched me over to another provider british gas that provides the same service that boost currently provide - top up from app view balance and check usage etc and money expert within few mins found me the best deal for the year and will get back in touch to renew or switch providers

Abdul the adviser that rang me explained everything very professionally and answered all my questions very clearly even the ones that might have sounded daft. From start to finish there was no push from him he let me make all the decisions based on my questions. Very happy to use simplyswitch as he made it so easy and saved me £156 a year for the next 2 years with no connection fees to my new gas/electric supplier. Thank you very much

We send your confirmation email 24-48 hours after your switch. Any further information comes from your new supplier around a week after your application. This can be sent by email or by post, if your supplier has not sent anything please contact them directly.
