Fraudulently switches supplier without permission
Someone has fraudulently signed up to switch our supplier from this company without permission. Even made up an email and incorrect last name. Reporting to Ofgem!!

I wished to contact regarding the charge made if I chose to change supplier later as this was not discussed on telephone when approached about changing. I could not contact on telephone number given to cancel changing back as my supplier does not charge for this. I was given the excuse re covid. At 84 I do not like trying to explain things by email.
