Was having some teething problems with my router, called Pink and was quickly assisted by David who systematically and efficiently dealt with the issue whilst keeping me in the loop throughout and ultimately resolving the issue. I was told I’d be called back in 10mins and I was. Strongly recommend Pink Connect’s holistic service!

David & Jack have been fabulous support to me as a new business. I have had several needs ranging from issues with my laptop to setting up new users to migrating from Google to MS365.

The service is second to none. They listen, they care & they do what they say they’re going to do. The knowledge of the team is incredible & if they don’t know something they research & come back to me.

The team at Pink Connect were really helpful yesterday setting me up with their phone app. Great customer service as always, and the software that they have in place for the app is really simple to set up and use straight away.

Pink Connect has been my IT support for a number of years. I am a Mac user and have struggled in the past with getting knowledgeable support, but the team at Pink Connect know what they are doing. The support team is excellent, especially David Hartry, I know that no matter how small my issue they are quick to respond, helpful and always find a solution.

Wow...honest, fast and effective customer service is possible in today's world! Just had the most amazing experience with these guys. Remotely, against all odds, they were able to resolve a very complicated technical issue in my home office (configuring a router and an extender), leaving me with a very fast internet connection. I can have zoom meetings now without glitches!

David from Pink Connect is a god send. He's been extremely patient with me and has got the umpteen IT issues I had on my list to deal with solved promptly and thoroughly.
I've had a few different IT service companies in the past and I've never been happy with them. They didn't deal with some of the small stuff and the hourly charges meant we were paying lots out in IT support but not getting everything resolved which was frustrating to say the least.
When I was introduced to Pink Connect it sounded too good to be true, but I gave them a chance and I'm so glad I did. If their service continues like this, and they've given me no reason to doubt that it won't, I'll be a customer for life.

David was absolutely brilliant. Due to logistics, he was kind enough to let me drop off my crashed laptop to him at his house one evening and collect it the next - all repaired! This not only saved me 4 hours of travelling, but he revived my laptop in 24hours! I'm so grateful!

After learning a little more about what Jules offers after a 121 with him, I thought I would ask him to come and do a little review of our phone system and costs.
Although I was not unhappy with what I had already, I wasn’t sure if there was something better that I was missing out on.

I explained to Jules that I used a call forwarding system when I couldn’t answer at the studio, this came through to my little Tesco £5.00 burner phone,
Yes, it worked but I never thought it seemed very professional.

Well now, thanks to Super Jules, I have a brilliant new system, he personally came and fitted in new handsets for both Charlie and myself and a software APP downloaded onto both our own phones. This means that when a call comes through, we can answer as “Colonnade Florist” and also reply from the shop line, even if we are out and about. A small set up training was given to us from Jeremy at Pink Connect and a direct help line to one of the many “Jeremys” at the call centre. This has proved to work very well and they deal with any queries straight away.

We have only just began to explore all the hundreds of gizmos on this system that will allow us to have promotions on the ringtone, and more information as to how to get hold of us. All making our business look very professional and even bigger than we are.

And do you know what’s even better? its only £1.00 more a month than what we were paying before.

I would strongly suggest that you ask Jules to come and review your phones systems and prices, he may well be able to help you in the same way.
And he really is a lovely fella.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jules to anyone.
