Omar sorted out the issue i was experiencing quickly and explained how i can fix the issue myself should it happen again. He made some changes to the system so in theory it wont happen again.

I called in Pink Connect initially to provide a survey for the optimal positioning of 3 new WiFi access points for our offices. We then asked them to install the access points which was carried out quickly, professionally (and tidily) by Jack Elliott and Jake Umney-Jones. A big thank you to them both. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Pink Connect.

Jack and Jake arrived promptly on the day the attended. We were having trouble with wireless access in our building. They quickly and efficiently diagnosed and sorted the problem which is now sorted. They were polite and their work very neat. they also checked the network in all the various areas of the building, troubleshooting as they went.
End result is fantastic wi fi coverage in a large sprawling building which is exactly what we needed.

I am really pleased with my recent experience - I received excellent service before, during and post the engineers' visit yesterday. Jack & Jake were very thorough and set everything up exactly as we requested. They were extremely careful to ensure that the least possible disruption was created during a busy day. I am very happy with the service provided by Pink Connect and would wholeheartedly recommend them to others.
Sam is our point of contact and is always so helpful and informative with any issues and queries raised, gets back to me quickly and works hard to find resolutions or give advise on what works best. Thank you!

I know I can be an awkward Customer especially when dealing with something out of my comfort zone, this is definitely the case with IT and cyber security.
I explained to Meir my desire to look after my Customers and have their data saved online and accessible by them at all times. It did not concern me that my back up system was an external hard drive or that I was using home office versions of Microsoft and google for my email. Or in fact that I had no outside help if all my systems failed.
Meir showed amazing patience, even setting up a meeting with his MD Steffan in order to ally my fears that I was getting what I was driving for. I signed up for £27/month, have a Tera bit of online back up and phone support.
The system to share documents with my Clients is called Sharepoint and it has meant I can now do exactly what I set out to do.
How has it helped my business, last Thursday I was contacted by a Client missing 1 of 20 fire risk assessments. I found the document on Sharepoint and resent it separately to her via email – result happy Customer.
On Monday my Client was having an issue with syncing their systems and my Sharepoint, he could not gain access. One phone call later, the Tech guy Jack had connected to my Clients computer and the issue was sorted out. Without that back up it would have been possible to sort eventually with emails and documents sent over, with it, it made my Client realise the professional backup and support I now have in my IT.
Oh I also have 3 years cyber security for a fraction of the cost I was paying previously!
Given my experience I would recommend Pink Connect and Meir as a value for money IT solution. Needless to say I will look to him when I need to sort out my Telecoms as well!

It has been refreshing to work with Pink Connect as a company and with David Hartry as our IT support. He is so knowledgeable and helpful and he seems to be able to convey complicated IT information in a completely understandable way for us novices! He also manages to anticipate questions or experiences we may have had too which is also a really productive way to work.
