OH. MY. GOODNESS! After 3 weeks of tears, tantrums and lost information with Microsoft. I discovered that Pink Connect offered a service that could make the micro-mare go away! David was amaaazing! No longer do I have to pay over the odds for a Mac technician or hear the words "I am sorry, I am not used to Macs..." For £10.00 a month I have magic Dave at the end of the phone to help me with any issues I may have! Naturally they work with PCs too. Everyone I have spoken to at Pink Connect have been friendly, super polite and most of all efficient and knowledgeable driving the machine so I can get on with the rest of my work. It's a no brainer, if you don't have their support...give them a call!

Cant fault the service - really quick, efficient, competitive, friendly, pro active. Everything I would want from an IT provider that I hoped my previous provider would be but was not, which prompted my move to Pink Connect. Since I have been with Pink the difference is immense, the service is much better, and overall I pay slightly less as they have a good clear pricing structure.
My main point of contact there has been David - he always goes the extra mile and has made all the difference. He made the transition really smooth too - anyone thinking of moving to them - please have confidence to do so, it takes a leap of faith to leave the status quo of your current provider - but having done this I can say Pink wont let you down and you will notice the difference in service.
