I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Nicole Mason, who has been an outstanding support throughout a very complex and difficult situation. From the very beginning, Nicole has shown the utmost professionalism, compassion and dedication. She has gone above and beyond to ensure I felt listened to and supported, which has made an enormous difference during an extremely stressful time.

When I had struggled to reach the right people previously, Nicole took the time to understand my circumstances properly and acted with both empathy and efficiency. Her communication has always been clear, kind and reassuring, and she has consistently demonstrated a genuine commitment to helping me feel safe and supported.

Nicole is a true credit to Pinnacle Group and an exceptional example of what great customer care should look like. Her professionalism, patience and understanding are second to none and I feel very fortunate to have had her help and guidance.

coming in the block and signing a sheet then leaving 2 seconds later with no equipment in hand whatsoever is not what I call cleaning, and they charge us money for these services!
I call it FRAUD!!!
You've asked me for more information, I have submitted more details in my formal complaint with whg my landlord. And I can assure you my information is accurate!
And no i will not email you my address,as whg have all relevant information in my complaint and they will liase with you via their formal complaints process, I do not wish to engage with pinnacle.
I pay service charge to whg, and they then pay you.

Jocelyn has been a breath of fresh air, first Property Manager and company to get things done and put us right when we are exceeding the what could be possible. She has a tough job and always has a smile, even when others are making the job difficult.

Marched in today by David Bruce who was extremely helpful and got us moved in way ahead of time.
The property was handed over to us at a very high standard.

Can’t speak highly enough of our Property Manager Jocelyn who has been nothing but amazing. She has been great with communicating and keeping us informed on lot’s of things that we have had to deal with and has tried to get them sorted as quickly as she possibly can. Really pleased with the service provided and Pinnicle should be very happy they have staff that go above and beyond their role. Massive thank you from us to Jocelyn.

Jade Brown went above and beyond in understanding our housing situation and facilitating delays to booking our Pre Move Out and Move Out appointments. Both appointments themselves were carried out in a professional but caring manner and overall she should be rightly seen as a credit to the organisation.

Absolutely loved my housing officer Jocelyn! One of the things I will miss, as i am now no longer a pinnicle tenant. She was always helpful, polite and very understanding.

Our march out at RAF Leeming was excellent. Jade conducted the pre-march out, which was thorough and provided an excellent framework to work towards providing a sufficient march out standard.
David Bruce conducted the march out, which again was excellent, no time wasted. The house was taken back in good order with issues discussed and dealt with immediately.

I had an inspection at my flat for a broken window under warranty at the beginning of Agust. Since then, no one has returned to carry out the repair.
I have sent more than twelve emails and even reached out via LinkedIn, but I have received absolutely no response. It is now the end of September, the weather has turned cold, and my flat is freezing because the window cannot be closed.
This is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, negligence, and disregard for basic responsibility is shocking. I believe this company should be held accountable, as no customer should ever experience such treatment.

Pinnacle is a great company to work with. Thorough with everything they deal with. The team are always friendly and very helpful. Nothing is a problem for them. I highly recommend them to all. Thank you for everything.
