Some machines broken or out of use, no real gym etiquette, pricey for what they offer. Happy to raise membership prices but not to fix/repair/replace broken equipment. Parking should also be free with any membership

Edinburgh is a great friendly fitness centre. Highly recommend it.

It's great to visit somewhere where people still interact and a smile is part of the uniform

This is our local leisure centre in Staines and I really enjoy using it for swimming and the gym. I’ve done Pilates there too and hope to do more classes in the future.

If the lane swimming was more readily available this review would be five stars. Staff are great

The teachers and staff are very friendly and the teachers are very experienced

The Triangle is weak run and kept clean. It offers a wide range of activities at good prices

The centre at, Places Leisure Riverside Centre in Norwich is brilliant! I have been a member since 2018 and I love my sessions there, I attend 3 times weekly for Swimming /Aquafit and use of the gym. I have found all staff to be caring and friendly. The centre is always kept clean and tidy. Any mishaps are dealt with immediately and efficiently. I enjoy meeting with friends in the pool, as it is a very socially friendly area. The amenities are excellent, it houses an excellant athletic sized pool. The gym is excellant too, it houses treadmills, bikes, steps/stairs, weights of all sizes, and so much more! See online and App. Definitely recommend. 10/10 for me. 💞

Great local leisure centre which is good value for money.

Absolutely lovely centre, so so clean, I nice to spend time meeting up with friends for a swim and a coffee.

I have on numerous occasions expressed the frustration of members not being able to gain a place on Zumba Gold classes. I have asked why some of the £215 million profit made by the company can not be used to train staff as zumba teachers, but I suppose the company is only interested in profit.
However, at least Sherry the zumba instructor has been able to offer another class on a Monday morning, but only 10 people can be accommodated, so classes are still over subscribed.

Carnival leisure centre staff are very friendly, and welcoming. The cleaning staff do a brilliant job keeping the pool and surrounding areas clean and tidy.
A big thank you to them all.

The whole building whilst quite old compared to other Centres, is kept Clean. Very impressed by the environment. Good Gym, Clean Changing Rooms and Excellent Pool and Health Suite.

I have worked in swimming pools and leisure centers for most of my adult working life in a hands on and management position Berwick leisure center is a great example of how a center should be .My only slight issue would be that if I suspend my membership I was informed that I would need to pay a rejoin fee this I find unfair (I am aware of the special offer available at the moment) in all the centers I have worked in no rejoining fee was implemented if a member suspended his or her membership I feel this could possibly effect people rejoing,what are your thoughts on this .

Staff are lovely and the classes are brilliant.

Another great aqua workout with instructors at the dolphin leisure.

Increased membership fees and increased members but NO increase in fitness classes or equipment or gym facilities or changing rooms or lockers or toilets or carpark spaces. Don’t waste your money.
