Happy to travel with Planet Cruise again

Have travelled with Planet Cruise previously and have always had a great experience. Chris, the rep, was knowledgeable, patient and answered all of my questions while dealing with a dodgy phone signal. He had to call me back which was much appreciated. We've now booked our cruise.

Everything was organised swiftly and…

Everything was organised swiftly and professionally. Grace was very knowledgeable and answered all my queries quickly. She beat the lowest price I found by 100 GBP which was fab. Pleased so far but let's see how the aftercare is if I need to use it.

Change my birthday in your record

I just cannot get my birthday changed in your record. Without the correction I cannot login to P&O account.

After phone conversation with a helpful planet cruise agent, I still can't get in to manage my booking

After many attempts, we can now update all details. Many thanks for help given especially the agent called Shannaz. Very helpful and follow through the process keeping me informed through out. Thanks Shannaz

Do Not Recommend

Our cruise was spoilt by an agent's absolute incompetency and a second agent's awful couldn't care less attitude.
Will never use or recommend this company again.

Lovely representative

Friendly and Efficient

Glenn at Planet Cruise was clear, efficient and friendly in the enquiry and purchase process.

Its a bit confusing that Planet Cruises and Iglu are one company. The Iglu phone line is awful. They have made is soooo difficult to reach a human with minutes of waffle explaining options and offers.

Take care when booking on line

Although we got the cruise and cabin we wanted in the end, it took a while to get there and cost more.
The booking process on line needs careful scrutiny. Beware of the final screen changing the information you have input and using small print.

WARNING

WARNING: If you plan to bring a mobility aid of any sort that you can sit on - scooter, wheelchair, walking frame with seat, on a P&O or Cunard cruise, DO NOT BOOK WITH PLANET CRUISE/IGLU!! It's not their fault but P&O does not always keep them up to date with the latest availability. Due to new P&O rules and delayed systems updates, moments after booking, they may tell you there was an error with the P&O system and you will not be permitted to bring the aid. Then they may tell you that there are not enough evacuation chairs and you must book an alternative cruise for the same price (in my case I could either settle for more expensive one and pay more or a cheaper one and lose the difference) or lose 75% of what was paid. They may put you through this cycle multiple times, as in my case, and I'm now having to go on a cruise I have no desire to go on. Makes me sick. If it was an error on their part, they should offer a refund and not pressure you into making a bad choice. I would not book with P&O again as it was ultimately their fault. Now I have an accessible room booked for no reason, paid for at a premium. I will not be able to explore the ship or ports, which were not my choice anyway. Along with the above reasons and the standards dropping so much, I will not be cruising with P&O or Cunard again.
