In the three years we’ve been at Wallis House Taj and Anthony have been consistently helpful and cheerful, significantly improving our experience here. They are a great team and work well in concert. Our sense of security is much improved knowing that they’re on the desk and we never have to worry about the many deliveries we get, knowing they are in safe hands. We would be lost without them. We've been based at Wallis House for over a year now! While our experience with the letting company has had its ups and downs, the service from the concierge team, particularly Taj and Anthony, has been nothing short of amazing!
From friendly conversations and helpful tips to welcoming our clients and taking extra care of our parcels, they consistently go above and beyond. We genuinely couldn't ask for more.
You really notice the difference when they're on leave, which says a lot about the care and effort they put into their work.
