Thoroughly recommend Pools Surplus
Pools Surplus excelled at all levels. Their website was straightforward to use and the items arrived promptly and were as expected. A small issue with one item (outside of Pools Surplus's control) was dealt with courteously and promptly. I couldn't praise Pools Surplus more. I can completely recommend them.

That Danish cap is way too small and a total waste of money for anyone. I have a Bundeswehr winter cap that also has a 60cm tag and is bigger, otherwise I wouldn't have made the purchase. Money down the drain.

Antwoord van Pools Surplus Stores
I'm sorry to see that you left us a 2-Star review without contacting us first to let us know of any issues. We have sold lots of these hats without a problem. We are aware that they come up small which is why it does say in the item description "PLEASE NOTE THESE HATS ARE NATURALLY SMALL FITTING - PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO ACCOUNT WHEN ORDERING". In line with our returns policy you are more than welcome to return or exchange by visiting https://poolssurplus.co.uk/pages/returns
