Am trimis un colet prietenei mele și a ajuns cu ambalajul rupt odios. Sunt foarte dezamăgiră de serviciul de curierat de la poșta română. Nu știu să aibă grijă de coletele oamenilor.

Posta Romana is the national disgrace of Romania. I can't even imagine how come with so many beautiful and hardworking people in Romania you could have such an inefficient company. Post Romana needs to be sold to a private investor and thoroughly reformed. Part of the blame should be placed on Romanian customs which is unreformed communist era monster, so together Posta Romana and Romanian customs make lives of ordinary people a hell. I love Romania and it is such a pain to see companies like Posta Romana dragging the country back to Soviet times.

Doua exemple:
1. SUA - BSI: 12 zile. BSI - Predare: 40 zile

2. SUA - Otopeni: 8600 km, 4 zile. Otopeni - Predare: 27 km, 19 zile. Încă nu a ajuns

Sent a package from London to Bucharest.....It was delayed and held up in the UK because of some issues, but landed in Bucharest 20 days and tracking still stuck at 'Processing - Transit Bucharest' The number on the website doesn't work...no way to get in contact with them. This is so frustrating and INFURIATING! sent this package over 56 days ago!

This has to be the worst run business on the planet. Avoid at all cost. My local post office doesn’t open tile 12 then closes at 4….?
If everyone else on the planet works 9-5 why can this ridiculous excuse for a service still be operating
It’s an embarrassment to the people of Romania but they don’t seem to want to progress past this archaic business model. They don’t even have an eftpos machine

Imi pare foarte rau sa scriu acest feedback dar sper ca cineva competent din acesta institutie sa se sesizeze. Minim 2 exemple, atat va scriu. De Paste am trimis 10 Felicitari din Londra spre Romania(ca si timp ajung cam in 10 zile) vreau sa spun ca 4 din zece au ajuns celelalte 6 nu au ajuns la destinatar, cel mai recent exemplu este ca am trimis pe 10 decembrie 15 Felicitari de Craciun si stiu sigur ca doar o matusa a primit Felicitarea, iar mamei I-am trimis Felicitare de Craciun si alta de ziua ei (ambele pe acelasi adresa) (toate Felicitarile au fost trimise in aceiasi zi) si vreau sa spun ca doar Felicitarea de ziua ei a ajuns exact de ziua ei, pe 20 decembrie iar cealalta Felicitare de Craciun nici in ziua de azi nu a ajuns. Sincer, nici nu imi mai vine sa trimit ceva din UK pt ca stiu ca nu ajung la timp sau nu mai ajung deloc. Sa le fie rusine celor care lucreaza in companie, ca nu respecta fiecare plic, fiecare emotie. Asa ceva nu se face. Am crezut ca Posta Romans este o institutie serioasa dar se pare ca nu ☹️foarte dezamagita sunt si nu pot recomanda o astfel de institutie 😔😔

Coletele trimise din Uk către România, se fac pierdute. Cum este posibil așa ceva?

Am comandat un produs din UK. Acesta a fost transmis catre destinatie in data de 08.09.2022, a strabatut, pe parcurs, mai multe tari europene in 5 zile si, pe data de 12.09.2022, a ajuns la BSI Bucuresti, unde sta de atunci, cu statusul fie „in prelucrare„ fie ,,intrat/iesit din vama„ fie iar „in prelucrare„, adica de 10 zile. Este mai rapid ca un colet din UK sa strabata Europa comparativ cu lentoarea cu care aceasta entitate „energofaga„, in ceea ce priveste banii publici, prelucreaza coletele. Am sunat zilele trecute la BSI Bucuresti, sa ma interesez cat mai dureaza, estimativ, prelucrarea coletului meu. Mi-a raspuns un baiat care, cu voce de cocosel puber infatuat, mi-a recomandat pe un ton superior sa urmaresc statusul prelucrarii pe Track&Trace, pe pagina Postei Romane, fara a raspunde concret. M-as fi multumit si cu un sincer - Nu stiu. Atat se poate din partea unor astfel de angajati ai unor astfel de institutii publice. Evitati cat puteti serviciile Postei Romane, atata vreme cat aceasta institutie este incapabila sa paseasca in epoca moderna....

Do not use their services. They're awfully inefficient. And they have been inefficient for the longest time. It's not worth paying even the smallest amount of money for this kind of service. I would (and I will) avoid using their services by all means.

Dear Posta Romana, third party courier companies will cannibalise your business! In case you haven't noticed, it's happening already! And that's on you. Because of your inefficiency! People just don't want to pay for such a bad experience. You need to change that, before it's too late.

Niște hoți... Desfac absolut tot, in căutare de obiecte/bani pe care sa și le însușească. Întrebarea mea este, dacă vedeți ca in acel plic nu sunt bani sau alte obiecte de valoare ci niște DESENE realizate de un COPIL de 4 ani și niște fotografii, de ce nu Trimiteți într-un final plicul la destinatar????? E nevoie sa pun un 5€ șpagă?!?!?

Worst experience ever!Sent a gift which was worth £250 from UK on collection was asked to pay a £70 fee to collect the item!!!!Won t use again sent with a curier it s a lot cheaper!!!

I had a package delivered to me by Amazon through Posta Romana which should have arrived 1 week later. It took 2 weeks and when I went to their office to check if my parcel was there they insisted that the postman tried delivering it to me. 10 minutes later I come back to their office and insist that my parcel was there, they bothered to check and it was in fact there. I hope I'm never going to have to deal with this unprofessional service that cannot care less about their customers.

Incompetents... overall in 2021, I bought some things from China, and one package was lost, so I had to contact the seller, to send me another one, and two days ago on Aliexpress tracking appears that the package is at the local post office, well I went there and the ladies there told me that I had to wait for a message from the post office... to get my package, she didn't even bothered to search for my package... if I could give 0 stars to this institution I would happily smash the freaking button...

De 11 zile pachetul a ajuns la Bucuresti cu Track & Trace din Uk, si de atumci nu se mai spune nimica. O rusine

Am facut greseala sa folosesc serviciile postei romane, am trimis colet trimis din UK in data de 03.11 a ajuns in Bucuresti in data de 05.11 iar de atunci nu s-a mai miscat. Oribil,folositi alta alternativa, nu se merita.

As every time, they have proved themselves to be a waste of space and thieves .My own fault for trying their service again,but I've learnt my lesson.It's incredible they're still functioning,such an incompetent service,I would rate them O starts ,unfortunately that isn't an option.Shame ,shame on you!

My pack seems to be in quarantine:)) since 23.06...in 7.07.2021 is still In BSI Bucharest waiting to be delivred.

Royal Mail mistakenly sent my track and trace package to Romania (Bucharest) instead of Hungary (Budapest). Apparently they tried to deliver it (although it was addressed to a neighbouring country) and when I contacted them they said they were going to return it. After a few days I contacted them again and all of a sudden the package was delivered? To an address that’s not even in Romania. Now they won’t answer me. Thank you Royal Mail for sending my package to this professional outfit!! Avoid at all costs...
