absolutely dodgy. NZpost does not class my address as rural but this courier took 3 days extra saying 'i am rural'. they have introduced a new category and tell no one. worse they do not provide an update. I wrote to them asking delivery timeframe, and they tell you different to what is online e.g. they say 2-3 days and online says 1-2 days. i will recommend to the businesses i purchased from NOT TO USE THEM if they want me as a customer. Disgusting !

Could their drivers learn to read!Next-door to somewhere means Next-door!I shouldn't have to chase my parcel!

Ordered irem dispatched from Auck on 12 December 2024, it took 7 days to reach hawkesbay, been sitting in Hb depot ever since, they don't reply to emails or phones It's now 2025!! I won't be buying off the company again if they continue to use post haste.

Yes, it's definitely the worst one, all couriers drop the ball at times, but these really do take the cake. They have the worst record in failed delivery and lost parcels in all the jobs we have dealt with them. Not sure what to attribute it to but management is responsible.

Utterly appalling. Charged a premium fee then took a week to deliver. On a Saturday whilst out so missed it. Then charges even more for a redelivery… in 3 more days time. Terrible!!

I run an online business and rely on prompt and efficient service. Post Haste consistently delivers, with our courier driver David being reliable, friendly, and always awesome! Karen in the office is wonderful too, providing amazing service every time. Both Karen and David offer outstanding service with a smile.

We believe that being nice and efficient goes a long way in customer service. Our parcels are always collected promptly and reach our customers quickly. It means a lot to us! Thank you.

Terrible company with no care for customers. My parcel was to be signed for. It was smashed on its 10 days in their "care" and rattled like a box of smarties. They didn't get a signature they just rammed it in the letterbox and took off. On complaint they wouldn't even apologize for not getting a signature let alone the 10 days to deliver and the breaking of the item. Useless, will never ever use them. They didn't even get back to me after logging a ticket. They are dishonest and don't care about service at all.

Worst courier service ever! Been waiting a week for my parcel, everyday theres excuses or delivery was unsuccessful, however they do not even call when they are “at the building”. They keep promising it will be delivered the next day, however nothing does come!!! 😡😡😡 please DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR PARCELS TO ACTUALLY ARRIVE!!!!!

The most unreliable and incompetent courier company in new plymouth, they can't even hold there own office now they tarnish nz couriers, a 2 day south island package spends longer in the local depot than original transit, if you could negative star a review I would, avoid if possible !

Dishonest driver signed on my behalf & didn't even leave at my address. My security camera which even shows my street didn't even pick up one of their vans within a 2hr time frame from when driver 902 said he'd delivered.

sign on gate clearly says 'keep gate closed' so my dogs dont run out on the road. pointed it out to the courier and he wanted to argue about it. cant only not read but doesn't want to do as the sign says ..left gate wide open and was debating with me all the way from my driveway to his van. Ignorant and rude and seemingly lacking in intelligence

One word describes this courier company, 'sh#t'! Poor customer service and 'non deliveries'. This will be the 3rd time within the week I've had to travel to Napier from Hastings to collect my undelivered parcel because the courier driver is 'useless'. 5 seperate non-deliveries this week. That's 'sh#t!'

Could of done alot better I think. 7 business days and 5 phone calls to get a parcel redelived is unacceptable.

What a useless organisation. Got a card to say they'd called, with a reference number to go onto their website and arrange redelivery. Website form didn't work. Went to complain - that form doesn't work either!! Only alternative is to phone during office hours. Are they living in the mid-1990s? Truly pathetic.

Went to the store to find a transporter, not a heavy wheelchair. Salesperson talked my husband and me into a heavy wheelchair that only had small wheels on the bottom and I could not control it from a sitting position. Called and tried to exchange for another lighter one that I could control. His reply was there’s nothing I can do since I took the plastic off the wheels and it’s used. I could not return it on Saturday because the store closed. Called the store at 9:30 A.M. on Monday. Wheelchair was unused.

Myra on the customer service line was amazing. I had 2 parcels not delivered & a card to call left (which was frustrating) and called to find out why the parcels weren't left as per delivery notes. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I get my deliveries.

Ridiculous service, operators can't even track their own couriers,and they expect the customer to do the same.
Spoke to an operator named D***,she was helpful in the beginning, but as I continued to call,she became more rude and would even put the phone down before I could say goodbye. Would never use this courier service ever again,totally a waste of salaries going through that place.would give 0 stars,but unfortunately 1 is the lowest......

Instead of leaving the package outside the front door, they tossed the package over the back gate into my back yard. Twice! The first time the courier wrote a on the website “hidden in bushes”. I called and informed them where the front door is for the 2nd delivery, and it happened again the same day.
I will avoid this company if I can in the future, NZ Post is so much better.

This company is under the same group as Castle Parcels, if you want items to be collected or delivered avoid both these companies at all costs ! We tried giving them another shot after our bad experiences of the past, sadly the first dealings again showed how bad they are. We booked a courier 2 days in a row, and both times the courier never bothered to show. Again we're left explaining things to our customers. Avoid avoid avoid !!

Delivery was super fast. 1 star removed because the courier signed for it themselves instead of leaving a card - but I found my package safely tucked in the mailbox, so I'm still happy.
