Scammer. They steal money from their customers by not cancelling subscriptions when requested. Avoid at all costs.

Once I had reached a real person at the other end, the experience (by email) was highly satisfactory. Michael was quick to engage/respond, courteous and efficient in getting me the outcome I was hoping for.

Customer service was great and dealt with my request quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend the service. I will return once the southern hemisphere is back in action:)

I made a mistake regarding the plan I subscribed to. My endeavours to get the problem resolved were not successful initially, not helped by the fact that PS no longer operate a telephone contact service and the chatline is only staffed from Mon-Fri (AI at the weekend). Michael was able to resolve the issue by email as soon as he became involved 3 days after I initially tried to contact customer service and an unsatisfactory initial response from the first customer agent. Thanks Michael.

Signed up through an Arsenal promotion to watch one match. The promo code didn't work at checkout, so I was charged more than the advertised offer. The stream then failed repeatedly with error messages saying 'stream expired' throughout the match.

I requested cancellation the same day, well within the 14-day cooling-off period. Support refused any refund, claimed my cooling-off rights vanished because I'd pressed play (not how the Consumer Contracts Regulations work), and told me I'm locked in for 12 months on a "discount" I never received because their code didn't work.

Now escalating to Trading Standards and my card issuer. Check the cancellation terms carefully before giving this company your card details.

I opened an account expecting to pay £99 as advertised but the code did not work so I was charged the full amount. After a couple of emails Michael was able to refund the difference.

A discount code I used didn't apply properly which meant I was charged the full amount.

When I noticed and contacted them they initially refused to apply the discount but after I went back to them they did sort it at the 2nd attempt.

The representative that I contacted by phone helped me renew my subscription for a year for Premier sports . She was very helpful knowledgable and efficient . My previous payment card had become of of date and I was able to pay for next year by giving her my valid card details. I am very happy

Called customer service to rectify a problem with my subscription, my error. My call was answered on the 1st ring and spoke to Jamie who sorted the problem in less than 3 mins. Great service.

I had occasion to contact PS about my monthly subscription and apart from a slight delay in replying to my original email the matter was resolved within a few hours of Steve contacting me. Overall service - very good.

The "FITBA26" promotional offer enticed me to sign up to Premier Sports on a 12 month contract, but upon applying the code and paying, I was charged the full £130 rather than £99. My initial search to contact customer service was fruitless as a "404 page not found" appeared. When I did get in contact with an agent called Curtis, they informed me that their system found no promo code had been used and no issues with using the promo code existed on their end. I can't argue against Premier Sports saying nothing went wrong on their end, however the promotional period is still active so I thought they would be able to help me receive the discount. A second agent named Scofield followed up with an email, reiterating their unwillingness to offer the promotional price to me, but saying as a "goodwill gesture" they can give me it for £99 next year. Before I even raised my issues with customer support, I realised it was possible to apply the discount for next year via my Premier Sports account, so offering this as a "goodwill gesture" is completely disingenuous. All in all, this is no way to treat a customer, and they will lose a customer who is very interested in watching Scottish Football because of it.

I had lost my debit card and had to cancel it to get a replacement. During that time Premier Sports tried to take my monthly payment which they were unable to do.
I had a helpful message letting me know, so this morning I phoned Steve who was incredibly helpful, he made sure I was reconnected and took my new payment details without any problem. He kindly gave me a discount for two months. Thanks to his help and kindness it could not have gone any better. Thank you Steve.

Staff were most helpful and speedy in resolving my issue with activating a discount code in order to get my annual subscription renewed at a reduced rate. Very impressed!

I wanna cancell my subscription but its charging me monthly fir 362 days

I signed up to Premier Sports last night by mistake and contacted them immediately to cancel. Their own Terms & Conditions clearly state a 14‑day cooling‑off period, yet they told me I was “bound to a 12‑month contract” even though I exercised my statutory right to withdraw within hours of signing up.

The Help Centre provides no clear way to contact customer service, no email, no phone number — just vague links that go nowhere. I’ve never experienced a service that makes cancellation this difficult or ignores its own terms. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
