Unfortunately this is one of those businesses that feels it’s necessary to ring you every time you place an order and try and persuade you to change your order to their own branded products.

They even have the audacity to keep trying when you say no, followed by we won’t contact you again. When you place another order…. Surprise surprise another call.

High pressure sale tactics and unnecessary interruptions to other businesses spoil this company. There are many good printer cartridge suppliers in the market place, my suggestion would be to use those!

I ordered an Epson ET 18100 and paid extra for a Saturday delivery. I was really worried as this was not delivered on Saturday as promised. After leaving a message on Messenger and a couple of phone calls later on the Monday the whole matter was sorted and they advised that they would refund the extra cost for the Saturday delivery. Turns out there was an issue with the courier. Printer was delivered later the same day. Excellent customer service and excellent team who do what they say they will. A big shout out to Yvette Ashton who helped to resolve. Will definately be a returning customer :)

I had a problem progressing a printer order on the internet so called Printerbase late on a Friday afternoon. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and since it was too late for a Saturday delivery I was happy to receive the item on the Monday which duly arrived as promised.
I would also add that they were the only company out of several to advise me that the particular printer I wanted was back in stock, so thank you Printerbase.

I called the team as my existing printer failed me. I wanted to get a new printer on par with my old one, which Steve sorted that out and arrange delivery the next day.
Steve called the following morning to tell me to expect the printer before lunch but it had already arrived.
3 weeks later Steve called me back to ensure I had registered the printer to give it extra warranty.
Very happy and already recommended people to printerbase. Well done and thank you.
Printer was set up easy enough and works well

Unfortunately the Brother DCP-J1310DW printer supplied by Printerbase locked up after a week but was promptly collected and replaced by Printerbase. However the replacement failed with a “maintenance” error on startup and is being collected by Printerbase and refunded. Full marks to Printerbase and zero to Brother.

I had previously purchased a printer for the office from Printerbase and their service was so good that I had no hesitation in going straight to their website when we needed a second.
They promise a next working day delivery, I placed my order on Friday and, rang me immediately after placing my order to confirm that as it was a bank holiday weekend, it wouldn't arrive until Tuesday and asked if I still wanted it. On arriving back at the office on the Tuesday morning, the printer was waiting for me.
The first time I used them, they actually rang when I placed the order to make sure that the printer I had ordered was suitable for my requirement. No hard sell, just a courtesy call.
Very, very impressed with Printerbase and will happily use them again in the future.

Staff at Printerbase were easily contactable, knowledgeable and helpful. They advised me regarding the best printer and service arrangements to suit my needs, at a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend.

Looked to replace my old Canon Inkjet, also bought from Printerbase 9 years ago. The Pixma G3590 matched my specification at a good price. Delivered with additional inks on the specified day. Happy with the purchase and knowing if there were any problems [ there wasn't] there is someone at the end of the telephone to ask for advice.

This is an excellent company offering quality products at reasonable prices with speedy delivery. The customer support is exceptional, with helpful telephone guidance offered and sources of telephone and online support from the manufacturer of the product also identified.
A week after my purchase, Printerbase emailed recommending that I register my purchase with the manufacturer of my printer and giving me the online address to do so.

The website had all the information needed to make an informed choice, the price was right and delivery was on time.

Printerbase did well thankyou, with delivery quick and on time, but the Canon Printer was only able to be connected to the computer by a tech specialist: an added delay (and expense).

I ordered an Epson WorkForce ES-50 as my wife has a lot of legal documents she needed to scan. I can't honestly remember much about placing the order or receiving the product and that is because everything just worked so smoothly and effortlessly. The communication was excellent, even receiving a phone call from your team to check I would be in the following day for the delivery. It turned up exactly as expected, was well packaged and the follow up recommendation to complete the guarantee shows you provide a very well thought out and customer first service. Well done.
