What started out as a supposedly straight forward request to fly from Nassau to Malaga soon became complex. Firstly finding the appropriate plane for the busy dates we wanted to travel and then, getting the approvals from the Spanish authorities followed by them not granting these two days before our departure.
You did turn things around quickly and arranged for us to fly to Amsterdam and then on to Malaga. Bravo for working relentlessly until eventually everything was sorted out and arranging our travels to perfection.

Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely fantastic! The super mid sized jet was immaculate, the stewardess was very helpful and lovely with the kids and the pilot and first officer were friendly and helpful too. The food was high quality and the service was better than most of the restaurants I've visited. The whole journey was incredibly easy, especially the passport and security bits which were chaperoned to avoid the queues - this was particularly good as the rest of the airport for our return flight from Portugal looked to be fairly chaotic 👍
5 out of 5, couldn't give less than 100% for a great experience!

Slight problem in finding the airport
Slight problem in finding the airport, but the plane waited for me while I was en route so no harm done. Everything went well after that point and I was very satisfied.
Additionally, my contacts at Privatefly were extremely responsive and always answered any questions/concerns promptly.
Would definitely recommend.

Excellent experience. Booking was very straightforward and prices were very competitive. The delivery of the service was absolutely flawless, with a door-to-door journey that was completely seamless and of the highest standard.
