The customer service was excellent, the man who helped me was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He talked me through the benefits of each range, according to my needs and there was no heavy selling. Made a huge difference and he got the sale. The knives and other utensils are great, the pan set on its way. Very pleased with the experience of the in person shopping at the Epsom store.

ProCook’s team was very helpful when I was deciding on items I wanted to order, their delivery service was so useful because triply frying pan and large pot were heavy. I also bought other items that would add up in weight so it was perfect that I didn’t have to carry it all. Everything is of really good quality - I’m happy with the entire experience

Very efficient

I popped into the store on Saturday afternoon. The shop was very quiet, with two members of staff and only one other customer present. That customer was speaking with one of the staff members, while the other member of staff was behind the counter.

I approached her for advice on buying a good frying pan, as one I had previously purchased from another brand had not performed well. I'm not an expert when it comes to cookware and was hoping to receive some genuine guidance. I was fully prepared to spend more on a quality pan if it meant getting something durable that would last long term.

The staff member showed me two options, but when I asked about the difference between stick and non-stick pans, she seemed disinterested. It may be a basic question, but I genuinely didn't understand the differences and was looking for expert advice. I explained that I simply wanted a good pan for everyday family cooking.

At that point, she told me she needed to return to her other customer, despite that customer already being assisted by her colleague. As a result, I left the shop disappointed and still without the advice I had come in for.

I had been ready to make a purchase with a budget of around £100, but instead I felt ignored and unwelcome. It's a shame because the shop itself is lovely, but based on this experience I won't be returning
