Whilst we haven't actually throughly checked the shed pieces over as yet, we do know 2 pieces are missing as its written on the paper work!! My complaint so far is that the shed was delivered at midnight!!! Which set the dogs off. The vans lights were on full, lighting up our neighbours houses like Christmas trees!! Now if the lights were on to aid delivery that would be one thing, but the lights shone in a completely different direction to our drive. The delivery driver had a head light on. It was left by our back gate, so close we can't get in or out of it, let's hope theres no fire at the front of the house as we would be stuck! Now, I know company's can be busy, but midnight!!, so far we aren't impressed, yet are the neighbours 🙄

Ordered our shed and waited for delivery, and waited and waited. The delivery driver (craig) was great, couldn't be more apologetic. But it wasn't his fault that the company was late giving him the delivery. Online tracker said delivery would be between 3.15-5.15. Waited all day for this. It was delivered at about 23.30! Ridiculous that! The company didn't even contact me to let me know of any problems. I ordered and booked it 2 weeks in advance.
Bad customer service!!

We neglected to order a base, which is on use, but the process of getting the base was a comedy of errors that eventually required senior intervention (which I appreciated), but we still got the wrong size base.

Honestly, I could ignore that, but the unit (Hobbyist Cannes Plus H100 Insulated Summerhouse) was NOT easy to assemble. I engaged a professional builder I've worked with many times, and they struggled.

Finally, the French doors are STILL sagging after three interventions. I think the eventual solution will be complete replacement hinges.

The shed looks great, and we enjoy the space, but given the effort I recommend looking for any alternative,

The quality of timber was not great, bowed, soem pieces missing, sticking nails, too short etc..the front door with the hole. The communication was good, replies received.

Steer well clear!!! I bought the apex hobbyist 10x6 shed and wish I hadn't. Miserable delivery driver. No paper instructions, the online ones have gaps in them and are unclear. Now to the shed, very weak in places, the 9mm floor is unsafe (I went through it twice an had to buy thick plywood to make it safe. The roof is a joke with the whole thing supported on 4 birdsmouth joints less than 1cm thick. (I had to reinforce this). the doors and windows are all warped, the shiplap is nailgunned on and whoever did it missed the supports regularly leaving sharp nails exposed, the wood itself is of very low quality and splits or breaks regularly. To be honest the whole thing is a shambles that I have had to spend almost as much as it cost, to make it strong emough to be usable. Stay away from this firm and spend a little more on something worth the money!

Craig was very helpful unloaded together. All done well.

Ordered the biggest shed we could following a fund raiser at our preschool. Building had to be stored for a month or so before building but this was on a hardstanding car park. Once built the doors and wood surround were so warped have had to purchase new ones. Builder has had to add extra bracing as the building moved quite significantly and was a safety concern. Due to build delay over a month and not being treated (it wasnt built so we couldnt) we have no leg to stand on. No support from such a big company for a charity preschool!

Patrick the delivery driver was fantastic!
I was given an approximate time for delivery but he called when he had the exact time for delivery which really helped me plan my day.
Usually this order would have just been kerbside drop of but actually unloaded it all into the garden which again was a huge help!

Patrick was very helpfull with unloading 👍
