My wife ordered shed £1100
Everything was good
Communication good
Delivery driver absolutely amazing went out of his way to help getting around the back as we were going on holiday top man lovely

Then the greasy slope started stared to open delivery on the Wednesday we returned packing also to be fair excellent
Called project on the Wednesday as instructions really poor asking advice all good
Thursday went to complete
And a full side window section missing 🙈🙈
Called customer service promised call back
No call
Called again Friday twice as yes no calls back
Only for my wife to receive an email saying in polite txt tough sh£t you should have opened in 48 hours not our problem terms and conditions do one
called Friday late on demanding refund as she’d not fit for purpose asked to reply to email confirming this and I’d get call back
Amazingly had no call back
Then Monday the lies and the bullsh@t got ramped up
Two different customer service staff mixing stories up one telling me they had put the request in for the money back the other one saying waiting on manager to approve
In all this time my old shed emptied so belongings everywhere trying to keep dry in storms
Promised call back Monday
And never guess no calls
Called Tuesday manager has approved but wants a photo of the missing panel 🙈😂😂
Several RECORDED calls later (welcome to listen so you can hear yourself and not think usual bitter Brit complaining)
Even offered to get my brother in law (joiner) to make providing they just paid the £50!materials
Lots more Tuesday calls after they said panel would be delivered in the week
So started to assemble best I could mad a temporary section to secure roof
Opened felt two rolls one black one green 🙈🙈
Yet another call another game of tennis and more photos agreed to send on the Friday
Called 3 times on the Friday for a time no time agreed
Asked for driver to call me when 30 minutes away so can meet there
No calls Called Tuesday txt photo showing panel delivered 🙈🙈
Assembling remains new panel wrong size window sent photos
Got email basically saying your problem
Please believe towards end of writing this I was getting annoyed and cut short

Crooks of it manger is a coward and still not called liar of a company extremely poor fitting and we have had to saw sections ourselves to fit
Remember brother in law a joiner so no fitting mug 🙈🙈

My 16 x 10ft Apex Shed just delivered by Karl Haynes who carefully went through each section to ease construction. His friendly, knowledgeable and professional approach was evident throughout and he was able to answer all my questions with ease. He took great care in unloading my shed which looks to be manufactured to an excellent standard. I opted for the thickened floor and walls. Top marks to Project Timber. I would strongly recommend them to others.

Wood cut short on doors 12 nails had missed the wood. Apex looked like it had been cut by a drunk man. Looked to me like the shed was a return. Use to be a good company now its just gone down hill. Customer service no help at all. I would not recommend. Shame I can not upload pictures.

Very disappointing experience with Project Timber.

My shed delivery was scheduled for Monday 7th. I had arranged for someone to be at home specifically to receive it, only to get a phone call around lunchtime on the day saying the shed had been damaged by the courier and therefore would not be delivered.

Since then, I’ve had no new delivery date and have had to chase Project Timber twice myself just to get an update. No compensation or goodwill gesture has been offered for the inconvenience caused.

I was also particularly disappointed with the attitude of the lady I spoke to in customer care, who I found rude and seemed more interested in blaming the courier than taking responsibility for resolving the situation.

I appreciate that damage in transit can happen, but the poor communication and lack of any meaningful attempt to put things right is not what I would expect after placing an order of this value.

At this stage I still don’t know when my shed will actually be delivered. Very poor customer service overall.

Carl made the delivery expirience smooth and enjoyable. Carl communicated clearly and was very friendly. I’m very impressed with the quality, service and communication from Carl.

I would definitely purchase again, Carl is an asset to the company!

How are you expecteted to know that a door is warped when delivery has so many parts. I ve been fobbed off with explanations about the door shold have been treated within 4 weeks. What about the25 year pressure treatment guarantee? Lots of flaws in the assembly, cheap home made brackets for the roof truss'es. If it wasn't for the hassle I would have sent it all back but once built what are you supposed to do. After sale service are a complete waste of time. Be very wary when you are researchig this company, don't be taken in by the photos and sales pitch.

Guarantee instructions were far too unrealistic.
Instructions were clear.
Quality of wood was terrible, knots left holes, splits and splintered. Described as extra thick!!! It was flimsy and weak in places.
Construction of panels workmanship was very poor. Pinned or nailed poorly. Exposed sharp tips, missed or non existent fastenings. Roof bearers supplied were poor for the job.
The doors are weak and flimsy and not fit for purpose. Not enough structure for security.
If we had more time we would of returned it.
Definitely would not recommend

So far I mainly have good things to say, our delivery driver Phil was fantastic. He was friendly and incredibly helpful, my partner and I tried to move everything ourselves but quickly realised we wouldn’t be able to. Phil stepped in and helped us place everything gently and in a convenient place on our property. Everything looks good quality and we seem to have received everything required. Now we just have to wait and see as we assemble it.
The only downfalls I’ve noticed so far is everywhere it says that you are expected to paint the shed before putting it up, but everything seems to already be covered in a protective paint and there doesn’t seem to be any real explanation on what you’re meant to do. On top of that the assembly instructions are a video, I personally prefer if alongside the video was a written explanation just to ensure everything is being done correctly. Lastly in regards to receiving items, it’s difficult to sign for something when you don’t know if you’ve received everything. Yes there’s an itemized list but there is no clear link between the items and the list unless you know exactly what you’re looking for.
