Patrick the delivery driver was fantastic!
I was given an approximate time for delivery but he called when he had the exact time for delivery which really helped me plan my day.
Usually this order would have just been kerbside drop of but actually unloaded it all into the garden which again was a huge help!

Patrick was very helpfull with unloading 👍

Patrick was very professional throughout the delivery .

The sales team were actually okay when i purchased this D100 16 x 10 as communication was okay.

The first delivery was incorrect (wrong size shed too small) so they had to rearrange for new delivery slot with the correct shed.
Rearranged another delivery a week later,

Driver Niall was freindly and helpful, Niall helped me take shed parts into garage to store dry. shame he had to make the journey from Nottingham to Norwich twice though.

The project manager was operating from another country but was communicating via whats app which was okay. at least it was communication. spoke to him once or twice on the phone too which was helpful.

The manufacturer woodwork build quality is not good enough for a £1600 shed i have to say. one of the floor panel shiplaps were not correclty lined up with the thin bearers so underlapping and overlapping by 20mm.

The wood quality was cracked / spliced / damaged / holes / warped / shiplaps splinters in parts in areas on most of the panels.

My carpenter (shed installer) had to adjust and cut down certain wood parts like the truss's and roof panel bearers to get them to seat and fit correctly.
Undo the shiplaps and align them up correctly etc..

The door entry needs to be taller because i have to keep lowering my head to enter into the shed
i am 5ft 9

Just to make everyone aware that I had to spend more money on....

9 x 4.8 meter and 2 x 3.6 meter 3 x 2 treated timber bearers and a roll of DPC / Staple gun & Staples - so this shed can be installed on top of the bearers because of the rain water and possible rising damp from my newly installed concrete base. Project timber instructions will tell you to do this before installation.

Extra cost to me for purchasing Ronseals wood filler and go around filling all the gaps / cracks / holes / splinters before spending more money on Barretine wood preserver for protection.

Thats about all the honesty i can show for this project.

I have purchased two sheds and the quality is extremely good, and i am very happy with the company. The only thing I would change is to have supplied paper instructions, to help the installation as my internet is rubbish!!
The delivery driver went above and beyond, 1.in finding our property, and 2 unloading in order so it was easier to erect, thank you, Mr Fern 👍👍

After a failed initial delivery we received the shed the next day. Craig the driver unloaded all the parts. He was so helpful and polite and thanked us for helping him.

Patrick kept me up to date with delivery times and was punctual and helped notice missing door kit and reported to head office.
