Please see our earlier review on 7/7/26

We have now been advised that missing parts, inadequate quality materials and workmanship are all covered under the terms and conditions! Absolute joke. We are seeking advice from Trading Standards!

Nice and straight forward, delivery driver Rob was nice helpful.

Very helpful and professional driver, unloaded the truck between us
Would definitely recommend

Carl kept me well informed on his eta, very helpful chap, very pleased with my new shed.

Carl was super helpful. Lovely guy. Helped get all our stuff offloaded. Went above and beyond.

Delvier driver was brilliant, was able to deliver to my address even though it was awkward and on a very hot day. His name is Carl and was brilliant

Driver was very friendly and professional

Craig was excellent , very polite and knowledgable about my product , great service

Couldn't fault the delivery driver, Carl, couldnt have been more helpful. However, the quality of the greenhouse is not what we expected after spending nearly £1400. Cheap wood, not finished properly, broken window panels. I have emailed to advise of the cracked styrene panel, had one response requesting more information, and nothing since. Quite disappointed.

the incorrect shed was delivered, please double check that sizes that you order. be aware that project timber do not use the standard width X length measuring system, even though the paper work you receive states the correct orientation its not guaranteed that's the size you will receive.
Do not expect help over the telephone as the contact in customer care does'nt have a phone.
After 3 months they are still ignoring emails. When I cancelled the credit card payment, the threats of bayliffs and disparaging comments ensued. Return of the goods was completed and the company were surprised that it went without a hitch. The problem is the company response and treatment of customers rather than customer.

A really nice man who helped and advised on the construction of the shed we were having delivered. Thank you Carl.

Driver Rob is a great bloke delivery spot on

Just had our shed delivered from a very helpful guy from your company called Craig. Excellent service. Hopefully the baking up of the shed goes as smooth

Avoid this company bunch of cowboys take your money as soon as there is a problem they don’t want to know.I bought it back in April im still waiting for parts in the end I went out and bought my own because I’ve spent nearly £280?trying to make it water tight because the first day I put it up the next day it rained and it was leaking in all over. The quality off the product wasn’t very good the Breton bolt that we got for the doors fell apart after a couple off weeks so I went out and bought some heavy duty ones panels not lining up the roof isn’t very sturdy, trying to get to talk to someone is a nightmare every time I phone customer care they hang up emails get ignored and to make it worse they have offered me £50 for the materials it’s a joke I would never recommend this company im going to take further action

Carl is great very helpfull , all parts delivered

absolute diabolical company!!
Please for the sake of angry phone calls, empty promises, guaranteed delays and an absolute shambles of an organisation. Please go somewhere else! This business is cruel…. It will take and keep your money! After 3 failed deliveries, we decided to cancel our order taking an email and numerous phone calls later they honoured it for it to take up to 14 days for us to get it and what a surprise day 14 no refund so we phoned them up and several phone calls later we finally got our refund 2 days later.

Please read other reviews on google, Facebook and save yourself the ball ache of dealing with this cruel company.

Avoid buying these sheds unless you are only 4'6" tall. The head room on the pent style is so low you'll be either bent over whilst inside,or at A&E getting your head stitched. (True story)
The materials supplied are very much budget end, and 1 yr on my roof is now sagging & needing new cross joists to strengthen.
