If i could leave negative stars I would. Trust me. This is the worst place to make any purchase from. Nearly a year later I am still trying to rectify all the defects that came with this absolute heap of junk that cost over three and a half thousand pounds! It has already cost more than double to fix so far! Water seeps through the wood. Nothing aligned. And they tried to tell me to leave it kerbside for them to come and collect, knowing i had spent thousands on trying to rectify and upgrade. This has had hours of extra work put into it and has been so stressful. Please look at the other reviews as stupidly i did not, and i am paying the price for sure!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

We ordered a summerhouse for my elderly mother and father in law at a cost of £2000. Messed us around with delivery 4 times, then delivered it to an elderly couple at 11pm giving them the fright of there life banging around leaning it up against the side of there bungalow. I then go around 2 days later to erect the summer house only to get half way through to find that its missing its glazed doors, all guttering that we paid extra for and the 2 tins of paint which again we paid extra for. Been trying to get the missing parts from them for almost 2 months now, They are now ignoring all calls and emails after initially agreeing to send missing items. Tried to start a chargeback with the credit card company only for them to challenge saying Items delivered as described. Utterly disgusting behaviour by the company.

They will take your money, deliver substandard goods, or not deliver what you have paid for then leave you high and dry.

Disapointed.
Started off good.
Decent website, liked the look of the summer house the best so paid a small fortune.
Good communication leading up to delivery, if not edging on excessive with emails every couple of days reminding me a delivery is coming and instructions.

Delivery day came. Delivery driver all good however there was an incorrect panel.
One of the glazed gables was duplicated so I had 2 left instead of a left and right.
Being quite an important part it was incredibly frustrating. However mistakes can happen and for me it what happens after they are made aware that brings this review right down.

Contacted day of delivery by email. No response so call the following morning.
Gave details and a photo. Said it would be escalated.
So apparently it gets escalated to management to approve, and so I was told they may look at that eve or in the morning or at some point which didn’t give me much hope.
The days went by.
I will also say I took the week off work to build the summer house. Delivery was Monday and at this point we’d now got the Thursday with no resolution.
I chased each day but time was running out for my week off so I had no choice but to take the left panel apart and reverse it to make it a right.

We get to Friday and finally get a delivery day for the panel the following Wednesday.

The Wednesday came and no delivery.
Emailed again and btw it’s hit and miss as to whether they actually respond. I think out of the 8 emails I’ve sent only 2 have been responded to.
We then get to the following Thursday and I get an email from logistics to say it been delayed by another week. So the day after the delivery was due. I would have been better to let me know before the day or at least on the day so I wasn’t waiting around.
Well I’m on holiday abroad for the revised day. so I’m glad I made a right panel from a left. You would never know looking at the summer house but I simply had no choice otherwise I could not have got this built and would have thrown the whole timeline out.

Anyway in summary I wouldn’t use again after my experience. And worst of all it so easily could have been 4-5 stars if had gone to plan and been dealt with better after the error. If it wasn’t for the driver and the beginning process it would have been 1 star.

Still waiting for my other panel to arrive so who knows if that will turn up.

Great delivery service from Carl. Managed to place the 16’x8’ shed parts in the ideal location for us to use. There was one panel missing so Carl took photos and sent emails to the relevant people to get a panel sent out. Couldn’t fault him.

Carl kept me updated on the expected arrival time, arrived on time, and carefully unloaded my shed for me. Great service. Many thank Carl👍

Some comunication about delivery. but the delivery Driver ( Carl) was excellent kept me informed from the minute he left to 15mins before he arrived. overall service was satisfactory and good quality in the workshop it self.

we got the delivery date email confirming the date 19/6/26 today.only to get another email yesterday at 4.12pm confirming delivery on the 2/7/26 no phone call or any other email saying why,just the same email as before just another date 2 weeks later.
We rang to find out what was going on the woman we spoke to keep saying there was nothing she could do, I've told her I've had to take time off from work unpaid . She didn't seem to care I've said that the date you have changed too we are not here and on holiday,she replied with we can still deliver on the 2nd no ones needs to be at the property for delivery. so they are willing to leave over £2250 worth of goods at a property where no one will be there for anyone to take 🤔 and she thinks that's fine, at this point i asked to speak to someone, it took 30 minutes on the phone with her before some else came to the phone, all we got was a sorry let me see what we can do we will ring you back in 10 minutes. no call back so i rang him back he keep cutting me off they don't want to deal with the problem

Carl was excellent a real asset to any business. I wish project timber had the same work ethics as bits missing and communication was shocking

So pleased we decided on Project Timber for our workshop. The panel construction looks really sturdy and well made. Carl delivered the building and was an absolute star. Can’t wait to put it all together and highly recommend PT. Great!

Great delivery guy .....running very late but kept me well informed. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the product he was delivering. If only all delivery guys were like Carl!
