We had a delivery carried out by Proovia couriers this morning . The communication around delivery was excellent. Chioc Alexandru were punctual ,courteous and very helpful a big thankyou for providing an excellent service . This is the second time this week Proovia have delivered and both deliveries have been faultless .

Quick and efficient, arrived in arranged slot and gave a nice 15 mins check before getting here.

Delivery team arrived on time and were great. Special thanks to Raducan Ion. It was an heavy piece of furniture so thank you! Appreciated the communication by email and text re delivery schedule but received too many and sometimes conflicting messages.

Balkar and Satnam were amazing. They phoned me in advance to let me know how long they would be and once they arrived they delivered the best into the specified room. The bed is of great quality and the colour match is perfect! Highly recommend this company and their helpful team.

Had Alex Cioc and his colleague deliver this morning under order 1035692. Delivered first thing at the start of the window promptly and efficiently, polite and friendly and goods haven't been inspected yet but look to be in good condition and we're delivered into the house as requested. Can't fault them at all, great service, thank you!

Absolutely outstanding service, I requested pick up of oak furniture land chest of draws from Sussex to South Wales.
I honestly cannot recommend GoodFellas highly enough. From start to finish the service was absolutely brilliant. They collected my furniture and delivered it with such care, were friendly, professional, reliable and went above and beyond to help.

Reliable, friendly and accommodating couriers. Allowed me to alter my delivery date whilst on holiday and provided regular updates prior to and on the day of delivery. Delivery guys were great too. Can’t recommend enough.

Very disappointed to be writing this, as I have had several positive experiences with Proovia in the past.

My item was damaged in transit. Proovia were aware of the damage before delivery and admitted responsibility.

I have now been waiting for a resolution for over a month. The claims team have been unhelpful and have recently stopped responding to my emails.

It feels as though they are hoping I will eventually give up chasing the matter and then they will not have to reimburse me.

I won’t be doing that, and I will now be pursuing the matter through my bank instead.

A very disappointing experience, particularly given my previously positive experiences with Proovia.

They collection times are dreadful,never kept always late I am always last or near to last as I am close to Birmingham. Commercial premises so they promise to be here before closing but either late or cancelled.
I can't fault the drivers as always helpful.
