Proovia Couriers Reviews

Very helpful and did the extra kindness of carrying to the house.

Ordered a vauxhall vivaro door. It came early in the delivery slot which was brilliant. The two lads who delivered it were courteous and careful when they brought it into house as it was too heavy for just myself to lift. Very professional and easy to get along with. Top men.

15 minute warning and Victor carried it in where I needed put very helpful as it was a very heavy cast iron fire surround amazing service

Japji collected the range no issues. Quick collection.

Gurpreet the courier provided an excellent service. Friendly, punctual, polite and efficient!

Great service from Proovia. Gurpreet Singh was friendly & helpful in the pick up process.

The two men who delivered the piece of furniture I purchased on eBay were really pleasant and provided an exceptional service. They carefully took the piece to the room I requested without any problem.

Also happy with the communication from Bruce.

Quick and efficient, arrived in arranged slot and gave a nice 15 mins check before getting here.

Delivery team arrived on time and were great. Special thanks to Raducan Ion. It was an heavy piece of furniture so thank you! Appreciated the communication by email and text re delivery schedule but received too many and sometimes conflicting messages.

Fast delivery. Very kind A+++

Balkar and Satnam were amazing. They phoned me in advance to let me know how long they would be and once they arrived they delivered the best into the specified room. The bed is of great quality and the colour match is perfect! Highly recommend this company and their helpful team.

Had Alex Cioc and his colleague deliver this morning under order 1035692. Delivered first thing at the start of the window promptly and efficiently, polite and friendly and goods haven't been inspected yet but look to be in good condition and we're delivered into the house as requested. Can't fault them at all, great service, thank you!

Absolutely outstanding service, I requested pick up of oak furniture land chest of draws from Sussex to South Wales.
I honestly cannot recommend GoodFellas highly enough. From start to finish the service was absolutely brilliant. They collected my furniture and delivered it with such care, were friendly, professional, reliable and went above and beyond to help.
Nothing was too much trouble and they made the whole process completely stress-free. It’s so refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use GoodFellas again and will definitely be recommending them to everyone. First-class service — thank you so much! ❤️👏

Reliable, friendly and accommodating couriers. Allowed me to alter my delivery date whilst on holiday and provided regular updates prior to and on the day of delivery. Delivery guys were great too. Can’t recommend enough.

Great courier. He arrived, great communication and carried my delivery up multiple stairs. Easy and 100% recommend
