Unhelpful and incompetent!
The 2 delivery men were both unhelpful and incompetent.
The delivery was to my disabled mother in law .
They did not know how to angle the furniture to get it into position so tried to do it incorrectly and scraped the lounge ceiling then they left it on its side part blocking the doorway into her lounge and said it would have to be returned!
My husband and brother in law, both in their 70s, managed to put it into place after they had left.
