Nikki is always quick to respond and resolve any property maintenance issues that need attention, and the team at Prospect consistently keeps me informed of any important updates or changes. The communication and support have been excellent, and I really appreciate how well they look after their tenants.

Nikki was amazing! She handled all communications with the landlord and council smoothly. I really appreciate her quick responses and her willingness to help with any issues, even during weekends.

Reading prospects have been involved in the new property myself and my husband are moving to, they have been very informative and supportive, Nikki Gardner has been a massive support and very quick to answer any queries we have.

I have been a tenant managed by Prospect for five years.

Last month a plumber sent by Prospect replaced my bathroom taps. The work caused a blockage in the drain and a leak through the kitchen ceiling, and the overflow pipe now runs with water regularly. There has been a hole in my kitchen ceiling for three weeks, and I keep getting excuses instead of dates for the repair. I am told they accepted a quote from a company to the repair but the company actually havent been to property to investigate the issue.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and the request was ignored. Contractors came to quote for another repair and I heard nothing for months. When I asked for an update, I was told it wasn't urgent and the repair hadn't been authorised. Nobody had told me. I have also been told repeatedly that my instructions are "on file", and they are not acted on. They only they know how to reach out when its time for a rent increase or its time to book a gas certificate inspection.

Very helpful and great communication. Helped us find our new home that we love!!

Prospect - Reading....'absolute rubbish ' . Flat brought 10yrs ago for £215k tried to sell via a Prospect estate agent who had been tapping me up for about 2yrs. Assured he could get btw 200k and 210k. To start with terrible photos were taken of flat. Not even air brushed to take out clutter. Then they started every couple of weeks telling me to drop price. Dropped to £190k...assured i should sell at this price. I wanted to leave at £190 but then after a few months wanted me off there books. A manager then called and said flat only worth £160k?!? A deliberately derisory and insulting sum designed to annoy me and get me off there books. It worked!!. Would not use them ever again.

A very well managed agency with kind and hardworking staff. Despite our quite terrible landlord, Nikki was able to handle our tenancy and end of tenancy in good time and efficiency, making the experience much better for us.

I have a difficult situation with previous tenants. Our agent - Amanda Jenkins - has done a fantastic job to sort us the mess and also managed to recover some of the rents for us. She has gone extra miles to help the landlords which we are very grateful for.

Renting through Prospect agency has been an overall positive experience for me. As agents ensuring the communication & liaison between landlords and tenants, I imagine their work is not always simple. However, all the agents I have dealt with have been quick to respond to & manage issues. Most recently Nikki has dealt with issues swiftly and efficiently in particular ensuring the check out process went smoothly & liaised well with my landlord.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Prospect.
Moving house is already a very stressful process, and unfortunately my experience with the agency made it considerably more difficult. Instead of feeling supported and guided through the process, I felt that I was treated very poorly and, on several occasions, spoken to in a way that I found extremely rude and unprofessional and in so much pressure.
The agent made the process unnecessarily difficult and showed very little understanding of how stressful this period can be for someone trying to secure a home. I would have expected patience, communication and professionalism from a letting agency, especially when dealing with something as important as finding a place to live.
What disappointed me the most was being told by the agent that I should simply “ probably not use Prospect anymore.” Hearing this from someone who is supposed to be helping customers through the process was extremely upsetting and, for me, completely unacceptable.
I never expected to have such a negative experience with a letting agency that is supposed to support people during what can already be a very stressful time.

Found Prospect to be very efficient and professional whilst letting my property in Bracknell.Any issues or problems were quickly solved by Kodie in the office and whilst not letting the property in future I can recommend Prospect to future land lords
