Prospect Maidenhead have been excellent in helping me sell my flat in Maidenhead. At all times communication was prompt and effective. They were knowledgeable and realistic about the current market. Helpful at all times.

We had a bad experience, ultimately we withdrew our property from the market because of challenges primarily with our buyer, but we felt that Prospect seemed mostly to be pushing us to agree whatever the buyer wanted because we felt that they saw the chance of two sets of commission.

We tried to pass messages to the buyer – and we do not believe they were always passed on.

We would never use again, and would certainly recommend to friends and family that they look elsewhere.

Having said that. Dominique in the office is very helpful.

Amanda Jenkins has been very helpful in addressing an administrative mistake I made in the process of renting a property through Prospect. She responded fast and resolved the issue very quickly making my experience with her and the agency smooth and fast.
I would definitely recommend Prospect and Amanda if you are looking for great service and hassle-free property search.

Prompt response to any maintenance issues and comprehensive feedback gives me full confidence in the letting team which is very important since I live abroad.

I have just started a new tenancy with Prospect and I have been so grateful to have Nikki Gardner as a property manager. She has always responded quickly to all my questions (of which there were many ) and has made sure everything has been ok at all stages throughout. It can be such a daunting process but Nikki has made it so easy .

I came back from holiday late Friday night to find a leak in my kitchen. Prospective landlords and tenants beware. My experience with Prospect Lettings (Bracknell) has involved 13 months of unaddressed severe disrepair and pigeon infestation, leading to a formal Statutory Nuisance determination by the Public Protection Partnership (Council).

The agency repeatedly provided misleading information, failed to maintain the property, and issued a retaliatory Section 8 notice after council intervention.

Do not be fooled by early-stage 5-star reviews requested before problems arise. Avoid at all costs.

Amanda Jenkins has been an absolute superstar since taking over as our property manager. From day one, she's been incredibly responsive, helpful and genuinely empathetic, keeping us updated every step of the way and always making us feel like our concerns matter. The difference has been remarkable - we've gone from dreading having to send a message, expecting delays or frustration, to knowing that anything we raise will be acknowledged promptly and dealt with efficiently. Amanda's professionalism, communication and proactive approach have completely transformed our experience. She's a real credit to the letting agency and managed services aspect of Prospect.

Got to say from first meeting Michael who came to help us sell the house , both himself and Anna have been so helpful , we didn’t know where to start with the whole process after the sad loss of our father , not only did they help sell the house but also to get a solicitor to aid with the difficult process of probate , thank you to you both a true credit to your profession

Fantastic experience. I have just finished my PhD, and for my new job, I needed a fast relocation from the North. This is, of course, stressful, but thanks to Gracie's efforts, I had some viewings and found a brilliant flat in a very short time. Also, one thing that really stood out to me about them is that they are very transparent and genuinely want to find a good place for you with no strings attached - something that I am not used to after being in the 'student enviroment' for so long!
