Communication has always been good and they have gone above and beyond to help sort any issues that have arisen. Special shout to Samantha Baron who has steered me through a few sticky patches!

I only started renting through Prospect at the end of February and Nikki Gardner has been absolutely amazing, every question or query I have had, she has responded to me straight away and got answers for everything the same day from landlords.
