Our experience with Colin who kindly delivered my rental WAV was very positive. He kept me up to date on delivery. When he arrived he went through information thoroughly and making sure my husband was comfortable using the WAV. He made my husband aware of existing scratches and dents on rear passenger wheel arch. So we were aware which was reassuring.
We can't fault Colin, so very much appreciated for coming out your way to help.

I had an excellent experience with Proximo, made even better by the exceptional service provided by Daniel Molinas. From start to finish, Daniel was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive to my needs.
The vehicle provided – a Freedom mobility car (Silver, Diesel) with the necessary adaptations – was perfect. It was in fantastic condition, comfortable, and tailored exactly to support my requirements, making a real difference to my independence and confidence on the road.
Daniel took the time to clearly explain everything, ensuring I was fully comfortable with the adaptations and the vehicle’s features. His patience and expertise really stood out and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
I couldn’t be happier with both the car and the service. Proximo has delivered a top-quality experience, and Daniel is a real credit to the company.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Extremely professional & empathetic customer service. My requirements were very niche as I have muscular dystrophy and a broken leg, but the Proximo found a solution with an internal transfer vehicle. Highly recommend!
