I would highly recommend the ADHD and Autism assessment process (through Right to Choose) with Psicon. While it takes a little longer than other service providers, compared to what others have said to me, it is really thorough and user friendly. It is easy to contact staff by phone or email, and they have all been really informative and clear at communicating. And I would particularly like to thank my assessor, Mariam, for being so kind, caring, and thorough during the assessment process. Thank you so much!

We’ve had an excellent experience with Psicon throughout our eight-year-old daughter’s ADHD and autism assessments, as well as with her ongoing medication.

Our daughter masks considerably and also has selective mutism, which made her circumstances a little more complex. The team took the time to really understand her individual needs and worked with us to find an approach that enabled the assessments to be completed in a way that worked for her.

Communication throughout has been excellent, responsive, supportive and reassuring, and we’ve always felt that our daughter was seen and understood as an individual.

We’re incredibly happy with the care and support we’ve received from Psicon and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other families.

I didn't have to wait to long for the assessment..the doctor was extremely kind and put me at ease straight away as I'd been stressed for a couple of weeks in the build up..

I cannot rate these guys high enough, my whole experience with them has been so smooth and so quick, from choosing them as a provider to getting a diagnosis for my son was all within 6 months, they have all been so professional but also so warm and welcoming always putting me at ease, everything was very well explained to me and any communication for appointments ect was very efficient

The staff made us feel very welcome and comfortable.

We, as parents, felt that everyone at Psicon understood and listened to our daughter’s feelings and worries. They made her feel at ease and relaxed. Brilliant service both face to face and on Teams. But think some children need face to face to participate. Would use this service again.

After the struggles of life and then being a late diagnosed female with adhd ( I am 46yrs old) I cannot genuinely express in words my love and gratitude for all the help and support psicon have provided me. My person is chloe Recardo who just understands me so much whenever I explain my issues - but also if I ever call with a question or problem- everyone I have ever spoken to is equally as lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. I have recommended psicon to several family members and also have my own children under their care. Honestly, such wonderful professional, genuinely understanding adhd experts- i cannot recommended highly enough. X

We had a very positive experience with Psicon for my daughter’s online ADHD assessment. The assessor (Rakel morenike) was professional and comforting and put both me and my daughter at ease throughout the appointment. The whole process, including scheduling, pre-assessment questionnaires, follow-up and report were quick and comprehensive.

Amazing staff. From reception to the practitioners all staff made us feel welcome and were so helpful. Really made us feel at ease.

Chloe Recardo is EXCEPTIONAL. Kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and really thorough. Couldn’t recommend her enough, she’s made my experience with Psicon brilliant.

I highly recommend Krystal as an ADHD medical reviewer. She has been amazing throughout the entire process. Not only is she super friendly and understanding, but her patience is unmatched. She made navigating my transitional periods completely clear and educational, ensuring I always knew what was going on. I couldn't have asked for better support. She is a lovely person who genuinely helps her patients, and I hope others get to experience the same joy and care she provided me.

I had a very positive experience with Psicon. Throughout the process, the team were helpful, supportive, understanding and professional. Communication was always polite and respectful, and I particularly appreciated that they seemed to understand how to communicate and work with neurodivergent people. I felt listened to rather than judged or rushed.

I would especially like to mention Dr Rikel, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and understanding. I felt that he had a very good understanding of neurodivergence and was able to explain things clearly while also taking the time to listen and understand the individual person.
Overall, I felt well supported throughout the process and would definitely recommend Psicon to other neurodivergent people and families.

Separated parents but trying to get two children treated for ADHD.

Ex wife decided did not want me present for my sons assessments. Claimed there was ongoing court issues so i couldnt be present, PSICON did not ask to validate thid, as there was no such court proceedings.

Raised a complaint saying that should validate, that a parents preferences should not result in a child getting delayed assessments.

Then again, they excluded me being present again without notification.

Although a court order that specifies both parents should cooperate, PSICON believes their protocols are above court orders and have the power to diminish a parents responsibility to be present at a childs medical assessment when parents have shared care.

Each time ive have to wait for endless time for me to chase them up whilst ensuring my autistic child is entertained whilst waiting to get in assessments.

Absolutely disgusted that a company can revoke parental rights when there is no reason to.

The assessor was a kind, gentle and understanding professional. We felt very safe with her and found her really easy to talk to.

The waiting time for the assessment was good. From my first contact, we waited roughly 6 months.

My only negative feedback relates to the administrative side of the business. There was some confusion over the reports which my child's school had or hadn't submitted. Trying to gain clarity about this from the admin staff at Psicon was difficult. They appear to be overwhelmed. Contact can only be via email, which they take around a week to respond to. When the responses were not clear, I then had to wait a further week to gain clarity. This was long winded, stressful and frustrating.

All staff are friendly and professional.
You are welcomed and checked in fast and they have a brilliant waiting room with offers of coffee/tea and cold drink.
My daughter enjoyed the toys in the waiting area.

We were called through and the lady who assessed my daughter was friendly, patient, caring and just brilliant with my daughter. She danced and made a fuss at times when my daughter was singing and being silly.

We felt listened to and our concerns were acknowledged.

We went through the right to choose path and honestly so glad we did and chose Psicon.
