Great experience and really very professional team. I feel like my own family treating me.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Psicon enough. They carried out our child’s autism assessment, and from start to finish we felt listened to, supported and treated with such kindness and understanding.

We were also really impressed with how quickly we were able to get an assessment. The waiting time was so much shorter than we expected, which made such a difference as a parent when you’re eager to understand your child’s needs and get the right support in place.

The whole process was handled so professionally, but also with such a warm and compassionate approach. They took the time to understand our child as an individual and listened carefully to everything we shared about their needs, behaviours and experiences.

As a parent, going through an assessment can feel overwhelming, but Psicon made us feel reassured throughout and gave us the opportunity to ask questions and talk openly about our concerns.

We’re so grateful for the care, understanding and professionalism shown throughout the assessment. Thank you to everyone involved for making what can be such an emotional process feel so much easier.

Quick responses from the team journey was quite far to travel for a one hour appointment but the staff there were kind and were good with who they was assessing the response time from that appointment to the video call was quick I would recommend this service if u are waiting long periods for an assessment

Professional throughout the whole process. Things took place within a good pace and the staff were friendly and informative.

Quick turn around for son’s ADHD assessment. Less than a year for us. Polite, professional staff from the start. Abi our assessor was amazing, caught things that I missed when talking to my son, was kind, patient, friendly and super helpful. Would use services again. Thank you all.

I have been referred to psicon twice, once for an ADHD assessment and also for an ASD assessment. Both experiences were positive, handled very quickly, etc.

However, after being placed on their ADHD medications waiting list for assessment, it has been over the expected time (began January, max estimate was 6 months), sent a couple of chaser emails after this time but no reply unfortunately - only automated emails saying they will reply.

This is unfortunate as the diagnosis process was very swift & had great communication! So just a notice for all to look elsewhere for medications assessments. But I would recommend for diagnosis assessments in right to choose :)

Since being referred by my GP, Psicon offered my assessment within 2 months, they were very polite and professional, I highly recommend for others who are in need of an assessment.

The nurse who met with my daughter and I was amazing. She understood her and made my daughter feel "seen". Really good experience.

The wait time wasnt extortionate. The forms to be filled in was simple and straight forwed. Psicon contacted the school's and got their part in tbe assessments. When we had the appointment at psicon the staff was so welcoming,friendly and supportive made the assessment so much easier and made my child feel supported and listened to then we had second part of assessment by zoom call and again was very friendly thorough and was easy to talk to was a great experience that made us feel at ease the whole way through would highly recommend psicon

We had a very positive experience with Psicon throughout the assessment process for our son’s ASD diagnosis. Everyone we dealt with was professional, caring and understanding, and we felt that our son was treated with kindness and respect throughout.

The assessment was thorough, and the clinicians took the time to listen to our concerns and understand our son as an individual. They explained everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable.

I was referred to psicon through my gp for an autism assessment for my 13yr old after being on Camhs waiting list for 6yrs . We firstly had to travel to Basingstoke which was a 2hr drive , everyone was very nice & kind they wanted to assess my son on his own he happily went off with the lady and came back happy .
The next step was a 2hr online video teams meeting with myself my son and a doctor. The doctor was very friendly & patient we both felt comfortable chatting with him & he was happy for my son to come & go as he pleased . At the end of the meeting he gave a diagnosis for Autism & I received it by email a week later .

My referral for ADHD was put forward by my GP in January 2026. I was very fortunate that once the paperwork was completed I had the assessment in February 2026. The assessment I felt was very thorough and knowing “what’s been wrong with me” all my life has helped me have more compassion for myself instead of beating myself up for things that I should be able to do easily.
The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 because I had to wait 4 months after diagnosis to discuss medication and titration. It’s very frustrating to find out what it is that’s been making life so difficult and that there are possible solutions to then have to wait many months, especially when your job is at risk due to continued burnout.
However once titration did begin the clinician was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Life feels so much easier now, I was able to continue in my role and work have been very supportive.

Brilliant company from start to finish, always kepted me up to date. The staff were amazing 5*
