It was quick and easy. I felt listened to and comfortable

Although the waiting time is long we were kept informed the whole time about where we were in the process and what was happening behind the scenes. We were offered alternative areas for support while we waited.
The assessment was outstanding with a very knowledgeable and supportive clinician.

Psicon have been amazing with my son and husband I can’t thank them enough for the quick responses and for service they provide the people involved from calls to face to face appointments reception staff through to doctors have all be friendly and helpful would defo recommend to anyone needing the support of a right to choose to use this company thank you again to all at psicon

The experience leading up to the assessment was great and the assessment were also good but the medication services shocking the fact that they send you misleading text messages that your child is going to start their medication so you call up to be told that it’s another three month waiting is disgusting considering what you have to go through just to get them diagnosed then left with no support to be misled and told to wait even longer not happy with me overall experience, the wait times for the reports are also misleading which isn’t helpful when waiting for your child’s ehcp. The staff on the phone are friendly but not helpful at all when explaining things

Doctors are polite and well informed - especially about high masking girls, pda and various other aspects of neurodivergence. We cannot thank them enough. They gave us time to talk, listened and really had thorough observations of our girl. Even helping us with getting things sorted for our girls EHCP review. Thank you dr. Matazbellah Abedghane And the clinicians. We cannot appreciate all of you enough.

Very good at explaining the digosnise and the steps forward to helping with the digosnise and medication appointments and regularly reviews and to see how things are going for my child, and adjusting the dose to suit my child.would definitely recommended there services to other people. Very perfsional and very clean and tidy offices.the wait times wasn't as long as chams .a

Reading other people’s great reviews and access to speedy assessments really has left a very sour taste in my mouth. My daughter has been waiting for well over a year now(last March) and still only had one part of a dual referral. There has been mis information and constant excuses of being very busy over subscribed etc etc etc and yet others seem to manage to get their assessments and reports done within a reasonable time frame. Is my daughter just being discriminated against!?!?

I wanted to take the time to leave this review because I feel that Sunny Nze deserves genuine recognition for the support, understanding and care he has given me throughout my ADHD medication journey with Psicon.

My titration journey is still ongoing and I haven’t yet reached my optimal dose, so there are still improvements we are working towards. However, the positive difference I have already experienced since beginning treatment has been significant enough that I genuinely described the medication during my review as life-changing.

Finding the right ADHD medication and dosage can involve trial and error, and I didn’t know what to expect when I started this process. Having Sunny consistently supporting me has made an enormous difference. He has made what could have been an overwhelming process feel incredibly manageable, and I have always felt listened to, understood and genuinely involved in decisions about my treatment.

Sunny takes the time during my reviews to understand how the medication is affecting my actual everyday life — including my focus and concentration, mood, appetite, ability to complete day-to-day activities, how long the medication is effective for, and where there is still room for improvement.

The improvements so far have been substantial. My focus and concentration have improved considerably, I am able to achieve much more in my everyday life, and I have noticed a significant improvement in my mood and overall quality of life.

What I particularly value is that the goal hasn’t simply been to find a medication that works to some extent. Sunny continues to listen carefully to how I’m responding and works with me to make appropriate adjustments as we carefully and safely work towards finding what works best for me.

He has been patient, understanding, approachable and genuinely helpful throughout. I feel completely comfortable being honest about what has improved and what still needs work, knowing that my experiences will be taken seriously.

For me, successful ADHD treatment isn’t simply about being prescribed medication. It’s about having a clinician who listens, understands how treatment is affecting your life and works alongside you to achieve the best possible outcome. That is exactly what Sunny has done for me.

I actually told Sunny during my appointment that I wanted to leave feedback because I felt it was important that the impact of his work was recognised. I may still be going through titration, but the progress I have already made has had a genuinely significant impact on my life, and I’m extremely grateful to have Sunny guiding me through it.

We was referred to psicon via right to choose nhs, we was contact quickly with forms to complete, once accepted we was given an assessment appointment. We have completed our assessment with rakel today who not only made my son feel comfortable but also made me feel relaxed, she was calm friendly sky and interactive with both parent and child, my son who is 10 said how nice she was.

We were impressed with the efficient timeline from referral to assessment, which means my daughter and I can now think more intentionally with her school about her ADHD needs and support sooner than anticipated. The assessor was kind and patient with us both and was especially attentive to inviting and hearing my daughter's experiences which made the whole process feel less daunting.

Excellent experience. Great communication, quick to have my assessment professional and warm assessor, and really helpful follow up information. Everything was far better than I expected.

Was told would be a 9 month wait and had appointment for my son within 4 months, very professional and understanding. Peace of mind after diagnosis for sure

They kept me informed the whole way through. Unlike being on the nhs waiting list where I was only told the wait would be years and not to contact them again. I was given regular updates and the appointment came through Psicon quickly. On the day of the assessment I found the clinician to be knowledgeable and very through. The diagnosis was given at the end of the appointment and a clear process was given to access medication. So far Im really happy with the service.

Assessment was denied based on school report - despite the fact that it is widely known girls mask at school. Thankfully my daughter had been seen by a paediatrician who wrote 4 words - please assess for autism. I appealed based on that letter and my daughter was assessed and just got her diagnosis of ASD. No outward signs at school due to high masking. I wonder how many other children have been denied an assessment with so much weighting given to the school view? It is obvious the school had more weighting than the family view, and without seeing a dietician for an unrelated issue (allergy) she would never have been tested.

Clinician struggled to stay away during appointment, consistently yawning. He then said things such as ‘so she thinks in black and white’ and I had to correct him several times. Whilst my daughter may have autism, my confidence in this assessment is pretty much none due to the provider trying to twist my words to fit a diagnostic criteria. I’m unsure if she does or does not have ASD despite the diagnosis due to how the ‘interview’ was conducted
