A pleasant experience

I searched for my insurance via moneysupermarket and found the process easy. I also found the process of buying via the Puffin website easy and the price very competitive.

Helpful and Friendly

I've used Puffin for a number of years for my Annual Family Holiday Insurance. I've always found the People there both helpful and friendly when I've had queries about the Policy details. Fortunately I've not yet had to claim so can't comment on the claims process

Very easy

Very easy, straight forward and value for money and I told them about my husbands brain tumour and they were very reasonable.

Second time I have used Puffin

Second time I have used Puffin and each time completing the necessary form on line was effortless. Straight forward questions and a good choice of covers. Wood use again.

Exceptional service

Price was good.fortunately I didn't need to use them this time,but about 3 years ago I was in fuerteventura and developed gall bladder problems. The service i got was absolutely brilliant. They organised everything taxis,return flight,taxi home from Gatwick. hotel room because we had to stay in gran canaria for the flight home next day.service was second to none.

Great for multiple health issues

I've rated the online buying process (via Money Saving Expert), 5 stars. I have multiple existing health conditions which were all accepted in the quotation process. The price for a Gold, annual package, was less costly than my previous policies, which only covered one week. The proof of value for money will be if I ever have the need to make a claim.

so easy and quick to apply for, and even better is the excellent value for little money.
No hesitation in recommending Puffin.
Stoos out miles from many other companies I cheked.
Thanks Puffin...Will use again, and again, and again...
