Just wanted to say a big thanks to the network engineer who came out. He did a great job and was really knowledgeable throughout the whole visit.

He kept me informed about what he was doing and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. It was great to know what was happening every step of the way.

On top of that, he was genuinely friendly and easy to deal with, making the whole experience straightforward and stress-free.

Really pleased with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Thanks again!

Excellent experience from initial enquiry through to completion of installation. Great communication throughout without the frustration of automated telephone processes, long wait times and challenging dialogue with overseas call centres. The installation was completed in a timely and efficient manner by Nathan who was courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have working at our home.

The installation was carried out by Alvin B and Jack D. Both were polite and worked efficiently. Every thing was left without any mess. Alvin was informative helpful and pleasant.

Our installation was carried out by Kyle Twell who was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and did a great professional job. He took the time to explain everything in easy terms so we understood each step of the installation and was happy to help with setting up our machines with the new connection. Great all round!

An operative by the name of Shaun D. visited me today.
Shaun came to install WiFi extenders throughout our home. He came on time and was very friendly. He explained things well.
When he left we had good strong WiFi in every room.

We have been with Quickline for several years and always had a good service. Today we had an upgrade fitted by Rob Young who was excellent, he was professional and friendly and stayed late to complete the job. I wish all engineers and trades people were as conscientious as Rob.

Thomas Turnbull who came to do my installation was great, he explained everything was very polite and patient, could not of asked for better, it was a pleasure to have someone so good at their job and give great customer care too. Excellent
