My online account is locked. I called to resolve the problem and left it with someone who promised to get back to me within 48 hours. No one has got back to me in nearly 2 weeks!

Invested with Quilter now for a number of years having had advice from my Financial Advisor(Jack Lord Compass Financial).
Very pleased with the advice the company is very easy to deal with in particular the App which i find is easy to use and provides instant information on my investment.
The backing i receive from Jack Lord and the ease of accessing any information i want gives me confidence my investment is in the right place.

Quilter Service - Superb
I’ve been with quilter for years and as with all stocks and shares ISA’s the money goes up and down dependent upon the global climate. I dont really understand it all but I do know that my money grows well. If I want to make a withdrawal, I log in and make the necessary arrangements. Payment is normally made within 7 working days. Their site is very user friendly and I feel very confident using it. Based on my experience I would and have recommended them to friends and family. They are a superb company offering a great service.
