Not been a positive experience sadly
Not been a positive experience sadly. Didn't receive activation code told to wait i haven't much faith in the Royal Mail no activation code came which is concerning in itself. Then told i could register on the app. Couldn't be simpler? Would not take my driving license all information was clear after the 4th attempt I gave up.

I had been unable to get my app working on my new phone. A very patient and reassuring young lady helped me and put me at ease. I was then directed through to another agent to help me with a request. He explained everything to me in detail which was easy to understand. I was put at ease on my call. It was dealt with efficiently and with a high standard of customer care. I would recommend Quilter highly. Their app is easy to use with lots of information accessible and user friendly.July 3026

Complaint about Craig Denny
I had asked for mortgage advise but Craig Denny did not seem to know about the right products that I needed to know about after I had to answer all the exhausting personal questions he promised to help me after he turned in to thinking he was competing with me and was very rude and disrespectful I found him childish in his behaviour disrespectful and very unhelpful I needed the new mortgage rate for a two year fix which he would not tell me and turned the meeting into a competitive challenge this is not the way you treat customers the service was a waste of my time why did I have to deal with a immature man that was not listening to me you need to employ someone more educated and less disrespectful
