I've been looking for a handbag for while so when I saw this Radley handbag, it was exactly what I wanted. It goes everywhere with me! Best purchase!

Beware of ordering anything from Radley. Their customer service contact point seems to be non existent. Probably due to closing down. Placed an order a week ago and no communication of dispatch. I need my order by the 7th August as I’m away on holiday for a week. My purchase was to use on my holiday. Iv emailed them twice no response, sent them a message on WhatsApp and messenger giving all details needed but not response even though it shows someone has read my message on messenger. Called the customer service number several times and a automated voice states there are no advisors available

Terrible service ordered a bag a week ago and it's not arrived I've tried contacting them by email and I've had no reply the bag is a gift for a birthday present and it looks like I won't get it in time I won't be shopping with Radley again

Ordered a suede handbag. Was thrilled with it until the suede began to come apart at the handles. Item has been returned but am yet to receive the refund? Have emailed customer service numerous times but no response yet. Number not working. Live chat disabled. I now have no bag and am out of pocket. Will this be resolved and when? Beautiful bags as always, lovely quality , delivered well packed. Gutted that they are closing down. They have been one of my favourite bag makers. They will leave a void behind.

I ordered and paid for two bags plus delivery and received my confirmation order. After a week I called the customer help line as I hadn’t had any further information and the payment was still pending. I was told in the morning everything was fine and the order would be dispatched shortly. In the afternoon I noticed the payment was no longer pending and had been removed so I called again to be told everything was fine and they would request the payment from my bank when the order was dispatched. I asked if the gentleman (the same person I had spoken to that morning) if he could check when they might be dispatched as they were for gifts. I then heard a couple of “oh dears” and was finally told they were not in stock now and I wouldn’t receive them. Very disappointing service as the money paid was not even available for me to use in the week it took Radley to find out they would not be fulfilling my order. Such as shame as I have bought lots of Radley bags over many years.

The watch I purchased stopped working after a few days. I contacted customer services who replied to say that all watch related enquiries had to go through Peers Hardy, they gave me their contact details instead of forwarding my complaint to them. Peers Hardy were unable to issue a refund as I hadnt purchased the watch through them. I have emailed customer services about this issue twice, asking for a refund but they have still not replied. Very poor customer service after sending a faulty product!

Always a pleasure to do business with this company. Great range of quality bags, purses etc. Never disappointed.

Such a pity this company is now in administration. Another British brand which will be missed.

Follows instructions and delivers to my safe place

Lovely quality bag, ordering was easy and it was delivered on time.I definitely would recommend.

Radley did not reply until a day after I posted this complaint.Their reply was to tell me I had to follow up with the courier myself and sent me a phone number. I find this an unacceptable result. The courier has had my parcel at a depot in melbourne now for 14 days. I think radley should have made the phone enquires hemselves and endeavour is to get the parcel forwarded to me. I am not satisfied.
Radley have not replied to my email concerns regarding my missing order

Heartbroken for Radley. It is a sad goodbye to an outstanding British brand. I had been saving up for a specific bag, but because of the closing-down sales, I was able to afford several lovely purchases for gifts, including a new purse for myself. Although the sales worked to my advantage, I truly wish it wasn't under these circumstances. Nevertheless, Radley maintained its premium standards, including high-quality goods and excellent customer service. I received my orders in their beautiful signature packaging on time.

I ordered a new bag - Ridgeway Gardens in Naval colour from the virtual website on Monday 20th July 2026, excellent price, it arrived Wednesday morning the 22nd July 2026. Extremely fast delivery (less than 2 days) and excellent product. I hope going forward i can still buy Radley handbags as i know there will be no more shops or outlets. These are the only bags i use, excellent quality and price.

I love Radley and all their bags and diaries. I ordered a diary, and it got lost in transit. I called the hub customer service, and in no time I received another. It was a smooth seemless transaction. The staff are lovely and listened. I will miss Radley when it closes down ❤️

Very pleased with the quality of the bags and the Very protective wrapping they arrived in delivery on time.

Watch only lasted 6 months before it completely died. Watch was eventually replaced as still under guarantee.
Was originally told my Watch was no longer avaliable and would give me a discount towards another, however after calling them I was told they did have some but not in the colour strap I had. I was then offered a choice of colours and chose another. This option was not offered originally, bit disappointing.
The sleep function is not fit for purpose, very un reliable. Now looking for an alternative I can rely on.
