Ramco are very nice people to deal with…
Ramco are very nice people to deal with I find them helpful and approachable and they provide good customer service - My only point would be more attention to detail on items maybe some training better knowledge about the product would help as I have received quite a lot of unsalable items due to them mostly being damage or some incorrect however when I have bothered to highlight issues I have to say they have been very accommodating in replacing the items in question.

Combat Kit for Cadets
Auction site is good enough. Payment is easy. Delivery is excellent. Quality is very good and Out of 150 items I have received only a tiny percentage are sub standard or slightly damaged.

Regarding quality, damaged textile items should not be available for sale or included in auction bundles (unless we have described them as damaged in the description), and they should be picked up by our grading team and kept separate. However, some do slip through the net, especially if the damage is small and hard to notice.
If you have any issues with damaged items, please feel free to reach out to our sales team (at sales@ramco.co.uk) so that we can resolve this.
