I found you on the internet, I looked through the range of cookers and chose a Belling 110 DF, I also chose the removal option, I spoke to Sam before placing my order and she was very helpful, I placed my order and I was given a delivery day the following day,
The men that delivered our cooker were exceptional, old out new one in all rubbish removed 10out of 10

Rangemaster colour sample
I ordered a colour sample of a Rangemaster for which I was charged 5 GBP . When it finally arrived - over a week later - it was hardly bigger than a postage stamp ! A waste of money

As you may have seen, we are one of the only online retailers to offer swatches by post, a service that has proved to be extremely helpful to a huge amount of customers since we introduced it. The £5 fee covers the cost of the swatch, postage and packaging and importantly is redeemable against the cost of a range cooker should you subsequently order it through us. We take pains to explain this, along with the size of the swatch, on our website.
We apologise for the time taken for you to receive the swatch - it was due to availability of the particular colour from the manufacturer itself.

Great company
Great company. Found the range cheaper here than anywhere else. Ordering was simple and item came quickly. Great communication and they don't send too many emails like pretty much every other company I've experienced. The range was in perfect condition, well packaged and looked better than expected. Haven't used it yet so can't comment there. Would definitely recommend and use company again. Thanks

Wonderful experience with this company
Wonderful experience with this company. Ordered a falcon cooker online and the delivery process was seamless. The cooker looks great and, whilst we’ve just received it, it works superbly so far.
On delivery day Mark and Lak were punctual, careful, thorough, accommodating and professional. Actually they were more than that, they were extraordinary- there was an issue after they’d left with the ignition clicking and when I called their mobile, they helpfully explained how to sort it out. A few hours later they actually phoned me to double check that all was working as it should with the cooker and reiterated that they were only a call away if there was anything else. It was truly an outstanding service and I couldn’t recommend them more highly! Thank you Lak and Marc (and falcon/rangemaster) for being so great. I wish every company I deal with were such a joy to deal with!

Great Customer Service
Most of my dealings were over live chat as the store isn’t open over weekends. I had to go elsewhere to physically look at the cooker I was interested but service and price from Rangecookers was great.

Felt conned.
Felt conned. I am left with a £4.5k cooker which doesn't do as the description suggests and the returns policy is so expensive it doesn't make fiscal sense to return.
More honest detail is needed on this website and a more helpful support system that doesn't leave you feeling trapped.

Really good price on the particular model and colour I wanted, in comparison to the other big electrical goods suppliers (who advertise being the best etc)
Brilliant delivery on time on the day and and with pre delivery notifications.
Customer service ladies really friendly and helpful when changing the delivery date.

The guy (Mike) I spoke to was so helpful. I knew exactly what I wanted but was struggling to find availability in my area. Telephoned Rangecookers & within minutes he’d checked stock & ordered one for me! Happily gave me his name without me even asking in case of any issues & I needed to get in touch.
