Great company and great warranty service
We purchased a cooker online a couple of years ago and was really happy with it until the timer and the oven broke suddenly. We were still just within warranty (didn’t register but they still honoured it) and the company sent two engineers to fix the oven promptly. It was great to see that Anna who dealt with our purchase was still around and she helped us out in arranging the repairs. Would definitely recommend - piece of mind

A genuine pleasure to deal with
We purchased our Nexus SE 110 induction in spring 2021. Our unit developed an electrical fault just over 2 years later (inevitably outside of warranty) and the support and attention we received from the supplier was outstanding (we could not say the same about the manufacturer!) Highly recommended as a supplier and a genuine pleasure to deal with.

Poor service
Hello
First of all our delivery driver was very rude. He dropped the range cooker on our drive and did not allow us to unpack and inspect it but still insisted on us signing for it. This is not what I was told in the email that I received. So consequently, I had to employ someone to help me move the cooker from the drive into the property, it’s a good job that it was not raining that day.

I’m so sorry you experienced this - may I ask which brand of range cooker you had ordered? Most of the brands we sell offer a 2 man delivery as standard, but New World & Creda only offer a 1 man, kerbside delivery. If it was any other brand, this certainly should not have happened & we can gladly follow up with the relevant delivery team, to ensure this never happens again.
If it was either a New World or Creda range cooker you had ordered, we do try to make it as clear as possible, about their delivery service, on our site (under Delivery Information, next to each of their individual products) - I'm really sorry if this wasn't clear when you were placing your order. We always try to be as transparent as possible with our customers, as we would never want to mislead anyone.

I am still waiting and no one can tell…
I am still waiting and no one can tell me where my cooker is or when I will get it. I was told two dates and booked both off work and it never turned up. I have had no cooler since last words I had it disconnected ready for collection. I keep being told it’s with a third party and nothing can be done. I am so upset

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, we live up a very steep hill with awkward access and Liam went out of his way to arrange a delivery day to suit and also to check that the delivery driver came in a vehicle suitable for our access issues. Looking forward to when it arrives

Great price, not in stock like they said
The price was the best I could find anywhere, however the range cooker I ordered said in stock with 2 week delivery time. Once ordered I found it wasn't in stock and was a 6 week delivery time.
