It isn’t quick
I placed an order for a battery for my children’s tractor, at the start of May with delivery 4 days later, with my money being taken immediately. I am still waiting for the product having been told it would be with me on 2 dates now. I have received no communication from the company unless I have reached out and questioned where my product is - all they offer is a refund. I want the product when you said it would be here not nearly 2 months later!

First order and the last !
First order and the last .The '4 day despatch' was certainly not adhered to nor the 'always sell only brand new items '.When I finally received my order it was clearly not brand new but a re-packaged presumably returned item yet advert stated 50 in stock!? As for the customer services , whilst they did reply, every issue was simply circumnavigated with zero sense of accepting the whole experience had breached all their stated standards .
