Faultless service as usual
I moved from the UK to Colombia 2 years ago and RationalFX were recommended to me by my financial advisor because of their fees, ease of use and speed of service.

This seems to be a very conceited business.
Even 1 star reviews receive an automatic reply assuming it’s a 5 star review and / or the customer is satisfied.
Not sure what the point of reviewing is.

It's a pleasure doing business with Rational-FX
My latest transaction through Rational- FX - as with most of my interactions with them - was quick and efficient (money in the overseas account within 24 hours). What I like is being able to deal with a person on the phone, as opposed to the website (although the website is also good and very easy to navigate). The person in this case was Louis who is friendly, helpful and professional. And it is so refreshing to get through to a person directly on the phone ... no menus or intensely irritating automated systems (unlike calling one's bank).

Nous avons fait les virements sur leur compte mais nos fournisseurs n'ont pas l'argent dans les temps.
Nos clients attendent la marchandise.

Il est vrai que, de temps à autre, nous effectuons des contrôles de conformité pour garantir que toutes les transactions sont effectuées en conformité avec les réglementations en vigueur. Ces contrôles sont effectués dans l'intérêt de la sécurité de toutes les parties impliquées. Ces vérifications peuvent également être effectué par le service de conformité de notre partenaire bancaire, d'une banque intermédiaire, ou encore par la banque réceptrice (indépendemment de RationalFX).
Cependant, nous comprenons également que les retards répétés peuvent être problématiques pour vous et vos partenaires commerciaux. Nous prenons vos commentaires très au sérieux et nous allons travailler à améliorer nos processus afin de minimiser ces retards à l'avenir.

My experience with RationalFX was fantastic! They're very responsive and gave me a lot of support during the process of exchange. I ended up using their services to exchange other currencies as well. I worked directly with Lewis Josephs. He is a very professional dealer who explained the exchange process very clearly.
