what made our experience is that Keith brady was more that happy to help and too the time to help us and even though he was ready to go on annual leave he was still willing to push it through to help me and my partner and would like to say thankyou

They are the worst company I have dealt with, they charge you 50% of your money just to make you do all the phone calls which defeats the point of paying them to do anything.
They wait hours to send stupid replies to correspondence and the worst part is both the person who handles my case and their manager doesnt understand that a month isn't always 4 weeks and if you are on a 4 weekly payment plan its more per month than monthly which is shocking for a company that handles people's debt

Top class service from all at refresh have been helping me for a number of years they have helped us no end cannot speak highly enough understanding and knowledgeable all fantastic special shoutout to Lisa who has always looked after us.

Keith was the first person to get in contact when I finally started looking for help with my debt. He told me we would be able to find solution and that it wasn’t the end of the world; no matter how much it felt like it at the time!

Very understanding and non - judgemental in fact talking with him switched on a few light bulbs in myself and was really refreshing to have that kind of help and support from the jump.

Can’t thank them enough and look forward to the day where we part ways after help me through such a rough time, as he and the team seem to do for many people! can’t recommend these guys enough, very grateful! 🙏🏼

I’ve read through the reviews and 100% agree with all of them. I speak with Shane and he is amazing. So calming to speak to and offers his support whenever I need it. He was made for this job! Hasn’t made me feel anxious or bad about anything! And even when I’ve had company’s harassing me, he’s been straight on it so they haven’t continued. Would recommend to anyone needing this kind of support, especially if you are a more anxious person. Calming, friendly and over all amazing!

I've Had a really good experience with refresh so far. Shane was excellent and took the stress out of the whole process. Cant thank them enough. It is a weight off our shoulders after getting here.

I honestly cannot thank Refresh Debt Advice and, in particular, their customer adviser Eoghan Maloney, enough for the support and kindness I received.

From the very beginning, Eoghan was absolutely amazing. He took his time to explain everything to me in great detail, making sure I understood every part of the process. He was extremely friendly, patient and professional, and our conversation was made even more comfortable with his lovely smile and friendly jokes. He made what could have been a very stressful and difficult conversation feel calm and reassuring.

What impressed me even more was his patience and understanding when my children kept interrupting our conversation. He never made me feel uncomfortable or rushed. Instead, he was so understanding and continued to speak with me with the same kindness and professionalism. That meant a lot to me.

I must say, Refresh Debt Advice has done an excellent job in selecting people like Eoghan to represent the company. He is a true gem to the organisation, and his approach made me feel that I was speaking to someone who genuinely cared about helping me rather than simply doing a job.

After carrying the burden of my debts for some time, I now feel an enormous sense of relief. For the first time in a while, I feel like I can breathe, relax and sleep well knowing that I have a plan and someone helping me move forward.
