My case was handled by Roisin, who was the first person I had spoken to from Refresh. She was incredible during the process of me setting up a management plan. Took all my worries and stress away, she was extremely caring and considerate to all my concerns. Made the whole process easy to understand and was very good at contacting me repeatedly

I was put through to a lovely young man called Shane, who helped me with my problem. He went through it so I was able to understand what was going to happen. It took a lot for me to be in contact with someone about this but he made it a lot better and it took the weight of my shoulders
