I got in contact today as I really needed help with my debts, I spoke with Shane who was absolutely lovely and didn’t make me feel like the idiot I am for getting into debt, he gave me really good advice and went through everything with me and come up with a solution to suit me.

Getting off the phone to Shane and knowing I had made step to improve my debt has honestly took a massive weight off my shoulders.

I came to refresh after a very turbulent time in my life, they were understanding, didn't judge and helped me to see a light in my very dark place currently.

I spoke with a lovely female who was reassuring through our and should real understanding, should real compassion and made me feel at ease during a stress conversation

Excellent care and very understanding, sorted out my problem, and gave me a reference so, the council could not remove anything from the house. Sorted out an affordable payment plan, and just waiting for it to be approved. No problems with them at all. Shane was superb, I can now go out, and get some sleep without the fear of intimidation.

Shane was made for this role. At the beginning of our phonecall, I was beside myself with tears and overwhelm. Shane completely empathised with me and was extremely gentle with me throughout. He clarified for me my different options and offered really valuable insight into how I should navigate this predicament.
